I bought two boxes of these because I have a bad cold. I've used them before and have always appreciated how soft and soothing they were. Quality has dropped off. Texture was rough, and no discernible lotion. My nose is more sore after using them. Disappointing!

Everyone in my house loves puffs. Puffs are soft for one. Nobody wants to be sick with their nose running all day long and have to use a tissue that feels like sandpaper. Puffs has other things that make them good. You can get regular or some with lotion added. I personally like the one with Vicks Vapor added. It helps unstop your stuffy nose.

Your Plus Lotion brand was once my favorite and made me a strong brand advocate. Not true today. The quality of the product has diminished markedly. The tissues are much thinner than in the past and any presence of lotion is purely a mystery. I work in the paper industry and am very aware of subtle product changes. Not so subtle with Puffs. Not nearly the product it used to be. Most likely the result of corporate pressure to cut costs while continuing to charge a premium on the shelf. I've switched to the private label product that is less expensive but of a much higher quality when compared to thickness, softness and the presence of a soothing lotion. Good bye to Puffs!

I have been sick for a few days and I got puffs with lotion thinking they would soft and my nose wouldn't feel raw. I was wrong! My nose feels like I took sand paper to it and every time I time I have to bring a tissue to my nose I cringe because of the pain the Puff's tissue have caused. I would not recommend this to anyone!

I am 80 years old. I have had allergies for the last 30 years. I was happy to find Puffs with lotion as they did not make my nose sore. The last 6 months I have bought Puffs I have been dissatisfied with them. They feel like tissue wrapping paper and no lotion in them at all. I am very sad of the quality of Puffs and I probably will look for another tissue I like. Surely, you weren't stupid enough to think people would not notice the difference.

I love the Puffs with the lotion! It's so soft on the face and nose. My nose gets so sore when I have a cold or allergies. These really are tough and hold up to heavy nose blowing. They are affordable and practical. If you've never tried lotion infused tissues, you are missing out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came as perfect timing as I had a cold. It didn't hurt my nose at all compared to the other tissues I was using. I immediately noticed a difference once I started using these samples. Super soft. I would definitely buy again when I have another cold.

My family and I love the Puffs on the Go product. Based on some of the reviews I've read, I'm not the only consumer missing them! I cannot locate them at any local grocery store. Flu and cold season is not the same without them, and allergy season is here! Please bring them back or let us know how to order from the website!! The only tissues we have in our home are Puffs Plus (we buy them in bulk at our local warehouse club)!

I specifically purchased the brand WITHOUT the Vic's smell and they smell just like Vic's! I alsmost knew not to buy them as they were stored right next to the Vic's type and that is so over powering I should have know it would affect the smell of these! Not happy, Vic's burns my eyes and makes me sneeze - that's not what you want when you have a cold!

I have always used puffs plus in the past! Yesterday came down with a sinus infection and purchased puffs plus so that my nose wouldn't become raw like it does with cheaper products... My nose is now worse then it has ever been... This has been very disappointing during an already frustrating time!!! Thinking next time I will go with Kleenex!
