I bought a 3 box pack of Puffs with Lotion. It stats "our most soothing tissue". Yeah right. With in using a few of these my nose is so sore it hurts to even touch it. It was a wast of my money when my paper towels are softer then these are. I am very unhappy.

Your Puffs Plus used to be a quality product but has declined significantly. They are no longer strong and they do not have the lotion distributed evenly. Also, they have white flakes that fall out when you shake them. I have been a loyal, long time user but am moving over to Kleenex this week.

I'll agree with the other reviews that Puffs just aren't very "puffy" anymore, but the last box we opened also absolutely reeked like the citrus infused cleaning wipes I use at work (I don't use them at home so there were never any close to them that I know of) which is a somewhat nasty thing to be covering your nose with! Will be VERY careful about purchasing these in the future.

I ordered these tissues in hopes of having better quality over the store brand I typically buy. It was a huge disappointment. The tissues feel almost the same as the store brand I buy and actually seem a bit worse. It was also disappointing to see the lotion ingredients include mineral oil and paraffin which are to be avoided in lotions due to clogging pores. I regret buying a case of these.

I have had severe allergies all my life. I keep tissues every where, all rooms of my house, my truck, my desk at work, etc. Puffs with lotion has found the balences between being soft & not leaving tissue pieces on your face. How embarissing. I do not have that problem with puffs. I love them!

In addition to the velvety soft touch of Puffs with Lotion, I appreciate the French phrases on the box translating the different English messages. Woefully, recently purchased boxes do not have the French. Please bring back this playful, unique and instructional feature! Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from daily allergies and have to blow my nose all the time. My nose gets a bit raw, especially in the winter. This tissue is so soft, it was really nice to use. Since I need tissue so often, my nose still got a little sensitive with this product, but it did help. I like the little sample pouch, I'd like to see if they carry this in stores so I can carry it around my purse.

When allergy season hits here in the south, my best friend becomes the Puffs Plus Lotion. If not for the added lotion I would go around with a red nose for around six months out of the year as I have severe allergies in the spring and the fall seasons. I recommend these tissues to anyone with my affliction.

Great for the winter sniffles! They feel amazing. I don't like them for cosmetics purposes because they leave fibers and tissue behind but for the sniffles absolutely worth it. Can be a little more than others in cost but worth it, especially for kids.

Finally, my always runny nose is not red any longer - thanks to Puffs Plus! I had to become a grandma until I found them - and hmmm... look nice again!! If only I could find the "normal" size box instead of the family-size one. Does anybody know where to find them in New York's Upper West Side or online? Thanks for your help.
