We want our tissues to dispense with ease, and we're sorry to hear the the tissue isn’t coming out of the carton opening as easily as expected. We have high standards for every part of our packaging process, but it is possible that when the bundle of tissue was being inserted into the carton it could have shifted slightly, causing the issue you’re experiencing with dispensing. As you continue dispensing tissues, it should become easier to pull them out smoothly. Once there’s a little more room in the carton it should allow the bundle to shift back where it should be for proper dispensing.
