I too have had issues with my new boxes of Puffs Plus. I have been using these for many years and it is the only brand I buy. So, imagine my disappointment when my newest box felt a little bit like sandpaper to my nose. Having allergies I use a lot and this has not been pleasant. Unfortunately, I bought 2 packages of three boxes and have 5 more! Here is the UPC from one of the boxes - 3700007545. Please let me know if you need further information to reimburse me for this. I am so sorry to see that you have decided to change something you are using in these. What a mistake!

For years, Puffs Plus Lotion has been my go-to brand for tissues when I have to blow my nose, not anymore. The past few times I have bought it., I have been utterly disappointed. (I initially thought I may have bought a bad batch, but the same issues kept cropping up.) First, they aren't as soft as they used to be, I can't detect the lotion, and the worst: My nose is left chafed as if I hadn't used the lotion version. It doesn't serve up to its name anymore. I hate when companies new and improve a product to the point where the end result doesn't resemble the original product by any means, and there was nothing wrong with it in the first place. Puffs Plus Lotion doesn't live up to its name now. I'm so sad.

I have been buying this particular product since you put it on the market and I have noticed that you have cut back on the lotion that is added to this product. I might just as well buy your plain ones or go to another product. Please go back to the way they were please.

I used to love this product. I have allergies and have to purchase some sort of tissue every week. I've always purchased Puffs with Lotion because it really was soothing. Now, you must have changed the product. The lotion used to be so that it truly was soothing, but not anymore. Its almost just like every other tissue withOUT lotion. It isn't soft against my nose anymore. I'm very disappointed in this product now. I will be searching for a new tissue with lotion and hope to find it. Perhaps you'll go back to the way you used to manufacture this product. Very, very disappointing.

I'm a mother of 2 young children so I am on the go A LOT! When I first get a cold and have a runny nose, I reach for whatever's available to blow my nose - from paper towels to napkins to wipies! But...when my nose starts getting RED from all this abuse, I MUST HAVE PUFFS WITH LOTION!!! Puffs with Lotion is generally less expensive than Kleenex brand with Lotion and I experience no difference in performance between the 2. It's soft, strong, withstands the hardest blows, and moisturizes that poor red peeling nose!!

I have used puff plus for years. We keep stock in them. I have to use daily. The last ones we bought are awful. They are thin and rough and low quality. Feels like no lotion at all. Feels worse than the cheap brand bought at discount stores. I hope puffs plus changes back or my nose will be blowing on someone else's brand.

I am a teacher with 25 students in my class. This year the weather has changed so much the kids stay sick. I purchased some puff plus lotion for the classroom and the children love how soft it is. Thanks for making the product, it is soft so it doesn't hurt the nose.
