Puffs is the goat. Honestly I get allergies all year around and this stuff is great for not making my poor nose sore and painful. It’s affordable and typically available at any store. Even if the only option isn’t with lotion it still doesn’t hurt my nose if it’s during a time where I’m using a lot of tissue.

I have been using Puffs w/lotion since it first came on the market. With year-round nasal allergies, as well as chronic sinus problems, I was more than ready for this product. Unfortunately, I have been disturbed to find on more than one ocassion that the lotion hasn't made it onto all the tissues in the box, and I am thus subjected to the roughness I was hoping I'd finally been done with. If the lotion covers all the tissues in the box, however, you won't find a more nose-friendly tissue!

I have been an extremely satisfied user of Puffs Plus for many years. It now seems that every time a buy a supply of Puffs Plus the tissues are thinner and of a lesser quality. Is there a quality control issue? Thank you for reading my concerns. I look forward to a response.

I have been buying Puffs Plus lotion for years and years, so when I purchased a three pack and got tissues that felt like a rough piece of cloth, I thought or that's just one. well it is not just one all three boxes are like that maybe not every tissue but more than half of each box is like that. I purchased another three box package for work and they are the same way. it reminds me of a Clorox wipe that has dried out.

I have used Puffs Plus with Lotion exclusively for over 15 years. They were thicker, softer and more lotion-ey then any other brand. Even though they were the most expensive option it was worth it to not suffer with a sore nose. I am so disappointed to see the quality change. I understand to save money companies need to occasionally lower the quantity they provide in a package. The quality shouldn't suffer though! The quality is what makes people loyal to your product! I don't agree that your changes made this product "more flexible and softer". The tissues in my boxes are rough, aren't cut right (they stick together at the ends), feel thinner, don't protect my families noses and BREAK apart! Not ideal when blowing your nose, or wiping certain areas of the body. I experimented and bought a competitors brand the other day and found that they were better and so much less expensive! Why should I stick with Puffs? I'm staying away from Puffs brand until they bring the old style tissues back.

These tissues are perfect for those of us with sensitive skin, both before and especially during allergy season and times of sickness. Our noses never seem to get irritated from the tissues or the constant wiping. They are so gentle and soft. We never stray to any other brand.

I have severe allergies and desperately needed a tissue that wouldn't make my nose raw. I thought Puffs Plus with Lotion was going to do the trick but I was wrong! It's just as bad as a generic, cheap tissue without "lotion". I'm extremely disappointed and now have to find something else.

i have always loved using puffs my entire life. my mom bought it all the time. it's so soft and does not leave your nose red like many other brands do. i will continue to purchase puffs because I've never been let down by them. they don't break/fall apart when u blow your nose/use them...they can withstand a lot haha. keep up the good work

Not as good as they were. I want to know why you stopped using Aloe Vera; that's all I ever bought. I may have to go to Kleenex because they now have a tissue with Aloe Vera. I bought this new Puffs Lotion w/lotion because the store manager said it was the aloe vera brand, but after trying it, I know it does not have aloe vera; not the same. Bring the Aloe Vera back, please.
