I'll agree with the other reviews that Puffs just aren't very "puffy" anymore, but the last box we opened also absolutely reeked like the citrus infused cleaning wipes I use at work (I don't use them at home so there were never any close to them that I know of) which is a somewhat nasty thing to be covering your nose with! Will be VERY careful about purchasing these in the future.

I received this product complimentary for testing purposes from Influenster. It just happened to be a bout of Flu in June in our house. It's bad enough to be sick, but in the summer my son has it the worst. His little nose was so sore and I gave him my sample pack. He agreed it felt so much better and today his nose doesn't look chapped. The tissue itself I find quite strong even though it's so soft from the lotion. I like the designs on the packs very cute with a retro feel. I went out last night and bought more for the family. Thankfully I'm getting over the worst part of the flu, I do like the feeling of these myself and would definitely recommend them for anyone with allergies or anyone with the sore noses! @Influenster #PassthePuffs

I buy Puffs with Lotion all the time. The only reason I am writing this review is because I find the new box patterns to be singularly ugly. I don't buy tissues for the box, but, where I can, I try to coordinate the boxes with the color of my rooms. Coordination is, unhappily, no longer an issue; all the patterns are ugly. The two previous sets of designs were acceptable to nice. I wish I could continue to get either of these.

Puffs Plus used to be my go-to tissue. Sadly, after my last two three-packs, that's not the case anymore. My nose is just as red as if I used bargain brand tissues. The tissues are markedly less soft and have little, if any, lotion. I'll be shopping around to find a new tissue brand that's easier on my nose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Puffs sets the bar for soft tissues. One of the worst parts of a cold or a bad bout of allergy issues is a raw nose after using a bunch of tissues. That is not a problem with these tissues. They feel fantastic!

At the lower portion (beyond midway) of every box I buy, tissues are incorrectly folded and cause bulges in the box. I am becoming NOT a happy customer. The product is packaged 3-boxes of 124 2-ply tissues (21.3 cm x 20.8 cm tissues). I'm finding this in 100% of the boxes I buy at 3 different stores. What happened to the folding equipment? Better yet...what happened to your quality control? Why should I keep buying this product if I have to keep emptying the boxes, fixing the bulges and trying to put the tissues back in by forcing them? This, as they say, has been a Pain in the 'you know exactly where.'

Trying to save money latterly I have been buying Cheep-o tissues. What a crazy idea!!! I just got a sample of your Puff's Plus with Lotion to go packs from Influenster and I forgot how much I love your tissues. I am not going to traumatize my poor nose any longer with those sand paper dry cheep tissues I was buying! My nose thanks you Puffs Plus!

I purchase the shrink wraped 3 pack of Puff Plus and usally buy 4/3packs at a time. I currently have 24 boxes on my shelf. The last 3 boxes have been unusually harsh and don't resemble Puff Plus's normal softness. I use them to remove makeup as well as for my nose, so I notice the roughness. The box I opened last evening came apart from 2 ply to 1 ply. I just opened a box here in the office and it is fine. What is going on?

I have, for years, used puffs plus when facing a sinus infection. It has, for years, provided a soothing feel with the lotion. I dont face sinus infections very often - at most, one every two years. Facing a sinus infection, I opened a new box this week and I don't feel a difference between puffs plus and ultra soft. Neither are soothing my nose. I thought maybe because the box was stored for a number of months that maybe it lost its soothing characteristics. So, I then purchased a pack of three. After opening the new box just purchased, it too lacks in lotion soothing characteristics. If you've changed the formula, please go back to original. I would love to get rid of the burning, rudolf nose I currently am enduring.

Puffs Plus Lotion are BY FAR my favorite tissues. Not only are they super strong, but they're so super soft. You don't have to worry about them falling apart when you use them, like other brands of cheaper tissues. They're also uber soft on your face and won't leave your nose red and chapped. They're perfect for the cold flu season, but I like to have them on hand all year round. The boxes come in all kinds of fun designs to match your decor as well. I don't mind spending a little bit more money on them, because the quality is definitely worth it. I would absolutely recommend Puffs Plus Lotion to anyone who wants a great tissue that will hold up to tough messes yet still be soft and gentle on your skin. I will 100% continue to buy Puffs tissues in the future.
