What have you done with our PUffs Plus? At first i thought it was fluke, or maybe a box "past it's prime", but no, they're all like that these days. Scratchy, stinky, thinner, not at all like the Puffs Plus I knew and loved. For years I wouldn't use any other tissue, particularly during allergy, cold and flu seasons (which is most the year). You've convinced me, time to move on, see what else is out there. Please, please, please, bring back my Puffs Plus!

I used to not be able to survive a cold/flu without using Puffs Plus Lotion. They were soothing and fluffy soft. However, I just bought a some yesterday (because I have a horrible cold), and they are NOT the same Puffs I remember. They are rough and don't seem to have any lotion on them at all. They are worse than the tissues I use on a regular basis. This is so unfortunate, and I hope these negative reviews inspire Puffs manufacturers to re-think their product changes. I want my old Puffs back!

Love to buy Puffs Plus lotion tissues for our family! Has the right amount of thickness and softness your nose desires; with the lotion in it. I highly recommend this to all who want their noses looking good and feeling good! Does not leave that lint that other tissues leave behind!

We have used Puffs Plus since they first came out...used them exclusively. In the past year, no matter what store I buy them at, the quality has gone way down. They aren't as soft, and they leave little balls of lint all over my face, after taking off my make-up with them and Olay of Olay. This NEVER used to happen. I have to use a magnifying mirror to make sure I get them all off before leaving the house. And to top it off the prints and colors on the boxes are absurd...they don't match anything in our house. Like someone else said on here, I have tried Kleenex Soft, or whatever they call it, and the quality is now much better than Puffs Plus.

I have been a loyal Puffs + Lotion customer for years. But this will be the last purchase because they feel no different than generic brand WITHOUT lotion. I have had a minor runny noise the last week, and I might as well be rubbing sandpaper over it now. #P&GFAIL

LIke the other reviews, I have been a loyal Puffs Plus with Lotion consumer forever. But my recent purchase is horrible! They are now thin and have no lotion like before. The box says 'new' on it and i hope this is not what they will be like going forward. I am returning to the store. I will no longer be purchasing this product. Also, I tried calling the 800 number to contact a real person at puffs, but have had no luck. Just automated calls. So another strike against your company. To sum it up, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING PUFFS WITH LOTION!!! There isn't any!

I just received the Puffs Plus Lotion to go size from @influenster in my #JollyVoxBox complimentary for testing purposes and I was so happy to see them! These are my favorite tissues.. and the brand I purchase most often! They are so soft and cozy on the nose-y.

Overall i love Puffs. They are study when blowing and they do not have as many fly away particles as some of the other leading brands. The only thing I have a hard time with is when I have a really runny nose, the tissue is not as absorbing as i would like due to the lotion content in the tissue. It does protect against red raw noses during cold and flu season. still give it a 5 star rating. Lori

I feel compelled to let you know that you have a very loyal customer beginning to look at you competitors... You may indicate nothing has changed, but something has... The Puffs with lotion has long been a staple in our household, but with recent purchases we have noticed they are thinner, rougher, and less lotion.. I realize there is always pressure to contain costs, but this change will start costing you customers... Hopefully customer comments are valued and you reverse the changes you made before we move on.. Thanks for listening....

We have been purchasing only Puffs plus since it came on the market. We would never consider any other type of tissue. Similar to the other responses we thought we had purchased a bad batch. Sadly, no. It is now a different and much inferior product. In our minds and it has gone from the best tissue product to one of the worst. The worst considering the price point. Kleenix brand has a new "cool touch" product with lotion that has the potential to take over the "lotion infused" tissue market. I would suggest that you take all of these reviews and dramatically alter your product/marketing efforts very soon. The product is now a "pig" and there is no way you will maintain your loyal customers with marketing "lipstick" like "Plus Lotion Our Most Soothing Tissue".
