I have always used puffs and LOVED them but something has changed in this product. My husband and I agree maybe they were trying to make them cheaper. Use less lotion or something. Its not just me ...he noticed it too. I blow my nose allot in the mornings and I hate having a red nose. I was faithful in keeping puffs plus in all my main rooms in the house. This morning I decided I cant take it anymore ...I'm going to cheat on Puffs and look for another brand! I use to recommend these to all my friends and family because they were THE BEST but I can not say that anymore ...I just wish they would undo whatever they did :(

I am a long time Puffs Plus loyal consumer. I always considered them superior to other brands and I didn't mind paying the high prices for them. However, there is no denying that they have been changed and not for the better. The most important problem is they are no longer as thick and strong and soft as before. They break apart. If you have any facial hair, expect to be picking tissue particles from it. Don't try wiping your kids sore butt with it any more either because that's much harder to pick out. They no longer fill up the box and I don't believe its just because they reduced the count per box. The appear thinner when held. One other thing you'll notice when you use the new downgraded version is that many of the times you pull out a tissue, another one or more of them are connected at the corner. I feel very insulted that Puffs switched this product and tried to pass it off as Puffs Plus. For the first time in 15 years I tried a competing major brand which cost less. I wasn't pleased with it, but I thought it was still better than the new puffs plus. PLEASE bring back the old Puffs Plus!

These really help keep your nose from getting chapped and sore when you have a cold. I’m allergic to cats, we have one, so my nose runs constantly. I go through a box of these a week. I don’t get a chapped nor a red nose. I always buy the 4 pack when in stock.

I have always bought Puffs plus with lotion because it had enough lotion to keep my nose from getting irritated. My allergies are extremely bad this year and I have noticed that there is not as much lotion on them like there used to be. My nose is just as red as it used to be using the plain tissues. I can not feel any lotion in these tissues anymore. I am very disappointed. This product should have never been changed.

My sensitive skin needs the extra moisture from Puffs Plus Lotion Tissues during allergy and flu season. With every use it hydrates my skin unlike regular tissues that cause my nose to chafe every time i blow my nose. I have used these for every allergy season since I was a child, they've always worked best.

I loved this product and noticed the lack of lotion or softness, very disappointing. If this is the product, I might as well buy Kleenex brand, as Puffs with Lotion are not better anymore. They are the same in feel and rub your nose raw after use. Please fix!

I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for years. A few months ago, I got a box that wasn't as soft. I thought I had a "bad box." But now, all the Puffs Plus Lotion boxes contain tissues that aren't as soft. I think there is less lotion than there used to be. Very disappointed in this once great product.

Thanks @Influenster for allowing me to try something new, from a company I already love! :) My kids always need tissues and these are awesome because they are so soft and will leave them happy with no red nose! Now I am always ready to #Passthepuffs !

I used to be that person who used toilet paper or paper towels for my nose. I live in Michigan where the weather is rough so I'd always have a sore nose. I got sick of the sore nose and gave in and paid the extra money for the Puffs tissues. I couldn't even believe how much I was missing out on. These Puff's made such a difference I never got a sore nose in the winter. Then allergy season came I bought them again and OMG they saved my nose once again. I used to think it was just a gimic to get you to buy tissues for your nose. Now I'm 100% sold and will always use Puff's.

Ive had terrible allergies this season and when @Inlfuenster sent me these in my #TLCVoxBox i was s thankful.. they have saved my poor nose. I had been using whatever i could find and my poor nose was red as a reindeer, now its nice and moist (in a good way not cause of snot).. thank you Puffs your a life saver! I will deff tell my friends and family to #Passthepuffs
