I recently bought Puffs Plus with lotion and I really thought that there was a mistake but lo and behold NO they are not soft and it seems that the lotion is missing. It is a big disappointment ofter using them all of these years. I guess it is time to back to kleenex.

I have been using these tissues for years & don't think I could ever go back to a tissue without lotion. They definitely make a difference. My only complaint is the packaging, more specifically, what are these new, very ugly & unattractive boxes?! The colors are horrendous (most of them) and the designs nothing pleasant to look at. Packaging does matter to me as well, just my two cents. Others may not care but if they stand out on a counter or in the bathroom because they are ugly, then that's not a good thing either!!

I have used Puffs Plus for many years and I don't know what I would do without them. I "never" get the red nose of winter yet when we travel I have to take to whole box which is inconvenient to pack. I hope Puffs is planning to put the Plus tissues in a travel pack soon. I would also appreciate some less femine boxes since my husban carries them in his car at all time. Kay

Have spent $$$ on Puffs over the years and for the past year or so, ALL boxes are defective. Shedding clumps of white lint on everything you wear, floors, any surface. Not sure what happened with their manufacturing process but it’s gone downhill. Breathing in dangerous lint, often from the first tissue you pull out of even the large boxes, and especially once you reach the end of the small ones.

The quality of everything seems to have deteriorated, including Puffs. I'm still a loyal customer but extremely disappointed. It was my hope that it was a Covid high demand thing that would recover. Alas, I was wrong. Once you accept bad behavior or bad quality from someone, they will keep giving it to you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I run a small in home daycare and we go through a lot of tissues. The kiddos have all had runny noses due to colds and/or allergies, and I definitely felt that the Puffs Plus Lotion was more gentle on their noses and did not cause the red irritation that I have seen them develop before from the constant need to wipe.

French: on ne ressent pas la lotion, jai une autre marque sans lotion chez moi et elle est plus douce et agréable lorsqu'on est malade. It's not a good product. I have a other brand with no lotion and its more soft than puff plus lotion. I never buy again.

Especially when we have a cold or some kind of nasal problems Puffs is our choice of a tissue. The quality is consistent. Strong tissues are a definite plus ! The cost is super reasonable when the quality and strength are a consideration. You wont be disappointed wit a Puffs purchase !

I used to never buy these because they were more money than the cheap generic ones but I got really sick one year and gave these a shot. they are absolutely amazing and it's all I get now. I actually buy them by the case to save a little bit of money and keep them on hand.

LOVE this tissue with thr lotion!!! I have severe allergy issues so employing my nose a hundred times a day in this tissue with the lotion really helps keep my nose hydrated and not chapped! They're on sale often and I stock up I recommend this kind to everyone and we even use it at work now :)
