MY entire family loves these! When you have a jneed a tissue it's luxurious but when you have a cold or something is when you can truly appreciate these! They are so soft and don't make your nose raw. You don't have to sacrifice softness for durability either! We buy these faithfully! Love them! We tried the Vicks ones but came back to these. Thankyou so much!

I have used Puffs for years- and always loved the product - UNTIL NOW!! WHAT have you done to these? This is the second time in a month that I have bought the puffs plus lotion - and have been overwhelmed by the strong scent! WHAT are you thinking? The very LAST thing an allergy sufferer or someone with a cold needs to get a box of tissues with this smelly perfume!!!!!!!! There is nothing on the box labeling to tell us you've added all this fragrance-- and it is UNBEARABLE. It's like the worst of all combinations of scented soap and scented dryer sheets. Are all of the puffs products now strongly scented like this? I can't bear to use another one of these- and the product is too expensive to buy and then have to throw away because it's too perfumey to use. I asked my local grocery and they just shrugged and told me it is what it is-- so they were of no use -

What happened to Puffs Plus Lotion? They used to be so soft. Did you forget to put the lotion in? We did a test between Dollar Store Kleenex and Puffs Plus and both my husband and son said no difference at all. I could tell right away when I used them something changed. I paid $1.98 compared to $1.00 at the Dollar Tree.

i am normally a huge puffs plus fan however, i recently bought a three pack of puffs plus and these tissues i think are made with sand paper. i have the reddest nose i have ever had in my life. i need to know if you have changed your formula or if i may have got a bad batch. i am deeply disappointed!

Years ago, we got tired of the coarse and weak quality of your competitor and changed to Puffs Plus Lotion. It now seems that you have emulated the quality of that competitor and have a coarse, weak product. The only reason I can fathom for this change is the profit motive. You should have considered a nominal price increase, or a reduction in the number of sheets per box and continued to provide the quality we are accustomed to. We are now on a quest to find that product which is equal to your former standard.

I am super picky with facial tissues and all of my closest friends and family know when I am sick, you get me Puffs Plus with lotion in the people box (I did say I was picky.) My nose can take it when it's been running nonstop, which is really nice when you're feeling miserable.

I have 5 precious grandchildren and they all suffer from allergies .Their little noses would just be so irritated from sneezing and drainage. I started using Puffs with lotion and it has made a world of difference . They have even told me thank you nana my nose doesnt hurt anymore.

My family has exclusively used Puffs Plus Lotion since they were introduced. But the box design has always been ugly and unappealing. A few recent designs have been an improvement. When I shop for tissues, the first thing that catches my eye is the Kleenex display with its colorful and attractive designs on its boxes. But I always loyally reach for my ho-hum drab quality standby, Puffs Plus. Just because you make a good product doesn't mean it has to be boring. Let's have some exciting colors and designs to display in our homes and offices to catch our attention and cheer us a bit when we need to reach for a hankie! The playful prints are a step in the right direction! Let's see more creativity in the other Puffs products!

I have used puff plus for years. We keep stock in them. I have to use daily. The last ones we bought are awful. They are thin and rough and low quality. Feels like no lotion at all. Feels worse than the cheap brand bought at discount stores. I hope puffs plus changes back or my nose will be blowing on someone else's brand.
