I am truly disappointed I have used Puff plus with lotion tissue for years. They used to be soft and you could feel the lotion now they are hard with what seems like no lotion and they smell like Vicks WHY? This is the second 4 pack that I've bought and I can't use. They hurt my nose what can we do to make this right? I DON'T want to lose you!! Thank you

Everyone in my house loves puffs. Puffs are soft for one. Nobody wants to be sick with their nose running all day long and have to use a tissue that feels like sandpaper. Puffs has other things that make them good. You can get regular or some with lotion added. I personally like the one with Vicks Vapor added. It helps unstop your stuffy nose.

These are a must have. If you're down with a serious case of the sniffles and you need to wipe and blow your nose 100 times a day you NEED something that is going to help moisturize you. I think coming out with these years ago was such a godsend for so many people and I will forever be a loyal customer.

I love Puffs plus lotion. They really make the difference when you have a super raw nose from blowing it too many times. I received the #PassthePuffs from @Puffs in my #JollyVoxBox from @InfluensterVox and it couldn't have come at a better time. I only wish there were more in the travel packs because I always seem to run through them really quickly. Other than that though, I love Puffs plus Lotion....definitely my go to when come down with the crud that goes around this time of year.

I can not believe how changed the Puffs with Lotion is. I have been buying this brand for years and was very happy. I used them daily and now I notice such a difference: they are thinner and not soft at all. Today I broke down and bought the competitor's and they are a bit better. Bring back the old Puffs with Lotion, please!

I bought the puffs plus lotion because I had a terrible cold and my nose was getting sore from the regular Kleenex I had at home. I don't think the box of Puffs I bought had ANY lotion on them! They were/are even rougher feeling than the regular Kleenex! I ended up going back to the store and buying the Kleenex brand with lotion which were more expensive, but much more soothing and I can feel the lotion on the tissue!

And the change has not been for the better. I agree with the other reviewers that notice the change. There is either not the same amount of lotion in each tissue or the lotion has been changed. Puffs with lotion has been the only tissue that I've purchased for years. I've always known that I could count on having a soft, supple, lotioned tissue when I needed it. Unfortunately that has changed and I may have to consider using another brand.

I suffer from sinusitis and since I've disconcerted Puffs it's all I use. #Passthepuffs They're soft and the lotion kind actually leaves a nice soft, moisturized feeling on your nose. I need that because I'm constantly blowing my nose. Thanks @influenster

I don't normally use tissues, just napkins or toilet paper, but bought a box of these on a whim. I AM IN TISSUE HEAVEN!!! I will never wipe my nose with toilet paper again. My nose is so happy. I had sinus issues and have actually been blowing it more since it doesn't hurt... and I already feel better!

I like this brand because of the softness. Downside, it is waterproof. When I had a runny nose, i would blow it into a puffs tissue and the snaught leaked down my mouth and onto my shirt. It was gross and funny at the same time. The Puffs did not absorb my snaught. Sometimes the Puffs would be closer than papertowels so I want to clean up moisture from the table. The Puffs only glides the moisture across the table. I would use Puffs thinking I can clean my glasses or my tablet. It would smear grease and make things worse than before.
