What happened??? Didn't think it was true that the plus lotion was softer than the regular puffs. Started buying approx. 4 years and was very happy until recently. Been buying the multi-pack from our local membership warehouse club. At first I thought it was a fluke with that box that came out feeling like sandpaper. How disappointed to find out the other boxes too are rough. I paid extra for the plus lotion, now I feel like I paid for tissues that are a lesser quality than cheaper brands. Also, the box patterns are way too feminine and bright. Please bring back the original formula and mix up the design patterns.

I received a travel pack of Puffs Plus Lotion in my #JollyVoxBox from Influenster. I recently had a cold and I was so very thankful for these. They are so soft and my nose was so thankful. Bought two more boxes and am on the hunt for travel packs right now.

For years I have avoided less expensive brands and chosen Puffs with lotion, especially during winter months. I even bought extra boxes for my little grandson, who often gets colds. My most recent purchases have been disappointing. There is less lotion, less softness, and the tissue is thinner. At this point I may as well buy a cheaper brand. My hope is that Proctor and Gamble will go back to the original formula.

Purchased 4-pack (which I buy at least once a week). Imagine my surprise when I opened a box tonight and it was completely empty!! I just was recently released from the hospital when I had pneumonia....before I went to hospital I purchased 4 of the 4-packs {16 cubes)....feel like I own stock in Puffs then I get empty boxes.

This facial tissue works well especially on sore noses. Yes, their tag line is accurate. This tissue can hold up to even intense use without much irritation because it still is a paper product after all, can't expect cloth level performance. It is close.

These really help keep your nose from getting chapped and sore when you have a cold. I’m allergic to cats, we have one, so my nose runs constantly. I go through a box of these a week. I don’t get a chapped nor a red nose. I always buy the 4 pack when in stock.

The idea of lotion tissues is still great, which is why I gave 2 stars. Over the past several years, I have noticed a drastic decrease in the quality of these tissues. When the product first came out, they were wonderful! Such a relief for someone who goes through many boxes during a bad cold, which is a couple of times a year. Sore, red nose was typical but not so much with the amazing tissues with lotion! There has been a noticeable decrease in the lotion and the effectiveness of these tissues. I have continued to purchase the Puffs Plus with Lotion but it's gotten so bad, I do not think it's worth purchasing any longer. There is not a big difference now. I would happily pay more to keep the quality of a product rather than a company take away from the quality to save money. It would be great if the company would reevaluate their product and take it back to the original formula!!!

I received Puffs plus Lotion from a Voxbox via Influenster.com for free and this is my experience: I like that there is a to go package available in this variety of puffs. It is more convenient that bringing a whole box with me in my purse. There's a nice thick opening/resealing piece of plastic that seems to make the packaging last longer, unlike many other varieties that I have used in this size. The smell is nice and there is not a noticeable amount of 'residue' that comes off of the tissue. All in all this is a great product.

Especially when we have a cold or some kind of nasal problems Puffs is our choice of a tissue. The quality is consistent. Strong tissues are a definite plus ! The cost is super reasonable when the quality and strength are a consideration. You wont be disappointed wit a Puffs purchase !

I always buys Puffs Plus! The other day I ran to a neighborhood store, instead of my normal place. They did not have the small squre Puffs Plus box, so I purchased "Kleenex" brand; on the box it said "Now softer and stronger!" I thought, ok, this should be ok. Both my husband and I have a cold so we had gone through even our resevere supply, that is why I had to buy more...so I opened the box and put it on his end table. He grabbed the first one, blew his nose and said..."What is wrong with the tissues? They sure aren't as soft as the other ones. Are they the cheap ones?" I had to laugh that he also noticed the difference. I will not stray again, even if they only have the larger boxes! We love Puffs Plus and will continue to purchase those, no matter if I have to drive to another store to get them!
