The quality of everything seems to have deteriorated, including Puffs. I'm still a loyal customer but extremely disappointed. It was my hope that it was a Covid high demand thing that would recover. Alas, I was wrong. Once you accept bad behavior or bad quality from someone, they will keep giving it to you.

Puffs tissues with aloe have been a family essential for over 20 years. The aloe gives my skin that extra protection I need because I suffer with very sensitive skin so when I've got a runny nose I tend to rub it raw quickly but with this product its not as bad. I'd like to say almost tolerable but who really likes to have a runny nose.

The idea of lotion tissues is still great, which is why I gave 2 stars. Over the past several years, I have noticed a drastic decrease in the quality of these tissues. When the product first came out, they were wonderful! Such a relief for someone who goes through many boxes during a bad cold, which is a couple of times a year. Sore, red nose was typical but not so much with the amazing tissues with lotion! There has been a noticeable decrease in the lotion and the effectiveness of these tissues. I have continued to purchase the Puffs Plus with Lotion but it's gotten so bad, I do not think it's worth purchasing any longer. There is not a big difference now. I would happily pay more to keep the quality of a product rather than a company take away from the quality to save money. It would be great if the company would reevaluate their product and take it back to the original formula!!!

I bought these because my husband and I have a terrible cold. I thought these would be soft and soothing. They are terrible rough and no lotion. Our noses are red and sore. Our toilet paper is better. I was so very disappointed. Will be returning these tomorrow.

I have kids, both girls, who have allergies and constant snotty noses. Especially during the spring months. Using the Puffs To Go is so convenient and I love them because it is easy to throw a pack in my 8 years old book bag or pocket. This allows her to be responsible and I dont have to continuously dig for tissues. I received Puffs plus Lotion from a Voxbox via Influenster.com for free and this is my experience: I like that there is a to go package available in this variety of puffs. It is more convenient that bringing a whole box with me in my purse. There's a nice thick opening/resealing piece of plastic that seems to make the packaging last longer, unlike many other varieties that I have used in this size. The smell is nice and there is not a noticeable amount of 'residue' that comes off of the tissue. All in all this is a great product.

Management I hope that you read these reviews because it is apparent to me there are many people who are as disappointed as I am. What has happened to my "used to be" favorite tissue??? I know that manufacturers are trying to continue making money so are decreasing size but you've gone just a bit too far. You've not only gone small, in some cases bigger is better, you have taken out the lotion. I would rather spend more for the same product. So I will be buying the store brand from now on. If I am not getting quality at the same cost I will buy cheaper to save myself some money. GOOD BYE PUFFS I REALLY DO MISS THE OLD PUFFS

I have been a user of Puffs my entire life. Over the past year or longer the quality has deteriorated so much that I am buying a different brand. The size of the tissues has become much smaller and the quality is VERY POOR! The box designs have become totally awful. Who could match any of the boxes to any decor? What happened to quality products? Puffs has let the quality of their product go to the dogs! I would not recommend them to my enemies.

I am a Puffs fanatic when any of the family gets a cold. My husband bought a 8 pk of Kleenex and I sent him out to get Puffs for our granddaughters poor little nose. He returned with 2 boxes of Pufffs Plus Lotion. I took out a couple and was shocked how ruff they were compared to the Kleenex! My daughter said it was like wiping your nose with wood chips!!! Help what is going on? I have 2 big boxes of 124 I will return. Please check the comparisons out for yourself. Disappointed in the new Puffs!

I'm sad that the Puffs Plus were changed. They used to be little soothing nose pillows but now they are thinner and have virtually no aloe. Being sick, the last thing I wanted was to have one of my comfort products let me down. I see no reason to buy Puffs Plus at a premium when they are now nearly equivalent to any other regular tissue so I'm going to go buy someone else's product. Please, please, please change them back to the Puffs Plus the world all used to know and love.
