My family has used Puffs plus Lotion for many, many years and until recently would not have even have considered any other brand. However, like many of your other reviewers we have recently noticed a significant decline in quality. They remind me of the generic tissues that are frequently found in hotel rooms. I am also extremely unhappy with the new box designs. Some of them can only be described as UGLY! (A few months ago you had a hummingbird box design that I thought was great.) As I said we have never considered any other brand but we are ready to do so now.

Dear Puffs, I have been trying to buy your tissue for several weeks. I cannot find it anywhere. I used to buy it buy the 6 box pack, as I have allergies and issues beyond comprehension. I LOVE your Puffs with lotion. All of a sudden I cannot buy them anywhere! Please tell me you are making them. I would love to buy a couple of 6 box packs. Do you still make them?

I've always sworn by the Puffs Plus with lotion when one has a cold but my last purchase of them are not as soft and I don't feel any lotion. What's happened? Is Puffs cutting back to save costs? Well if that's the case they are worth buying now. Bummer.

I've bought Puffs exclusively for years, but lately the quality has really dropped. As you get lower in the box, the tissues get dramatically less soft. By the end of the box, you might was well be using newspaper. This is awful! Please fix this or I will have to find another tissue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, I love the brand. They make a lot of quality tissues. But I loved this one because it was soft and had moisturizer in it so my nose didn't dry out or get sore from wiping it. It was super absorbent and thick enough.

Puffs with Lotion. Used to be the only good part of having a cold, but that's all changed now, isn't it. You used to be able to actually FEEL the Lotion in Puffs wi Lotion, but no more. They're simply dry tissues and do NOTHING to soothe a sore nose.

I had the worst cold of my life and was using regular tissues which rubbed my nose so raw that I couldn't bare to have anything touch it. I bought Puffs hoping it would soothe my nose and that may be an understatement. As soon as the tissue touched my sore nose I felt instant relief! Not only was I able to blow my nose without pain, but it actually helped my raw nose heal! I vow to never buy another tissue for my sniffles except Puffs with Lotion!

A good soft tissue. Sometimes when my allergies are in overdrive (like today for example) even the tiny lint on the tissue while blowing my nose can further irritate things. But on average days, this tissue holds up well, doesn’t cause irritation and helps keep my nose from becoming raw.

I somehow bought a "mega cube", and while I would expect it to be TALLER than the normal box (I could deal with that), it is also WIDER by 1/2 inch (in the direction of the oval part) so it doesn't fit into my tissue holder. Bad plan. Won't purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have just finished the sample pack and still have some other brand tissues on hand. Thank God No colds or flu to deal with yet. The next time I am in need of tissues in a cold or flu situation I will definitely buy Puffs Plus Lotion brand.
