Received a purse pack of your Puffs plus lotion courtesy of Influenster in my JollyVoxBox and I love them. The purse pack is so cute without being overly girly just my style and they are so soft not making your nose or face completely raw and red. Will definitely get a bigger box of them for my home and more purse packs to keep with me.

I had the flu with a bad cold and I had my husband get me some tissues. I told him to get the Puffs Plus with lotion because it was going to help protect my nose. When I opened the box I thought that it was kind of dry and rough. Then I thought maybe you need to crush them a little to release the lotion, no luck. I don't think there is any lotion at all on these tissues. They are so rough I can't use them. I will throw the whole box. I have used them in the past and didn't have any problems. Very disappointed with this product.

First off, I have to say that I typically am not one to care about tissue. You use it and throw it away. End of story. BUT, I did receive a complimentary sample from Influenster for testing purpose in my Jolly VoxBox, and I found that I truly do love this tissue. It actually did not break through when I used it- it was unbelievable thick and strong. The Puffs tissue was also soft to my skin which was comforting. I like the To-Go packs and will definitely be keeping one in my purse from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use facial tissue to clean my glasses. While they feel great, Puffs Plus leave streaks on my glasses. This is not a reflection of the quality of the product, but byproduct of my misuse of this particular, high-quality product.

My husband and I have used Puffs Plus for years and for me it has made a noticeable difference when I have a cold. No red nose or irritation. I had to check several times when I opened a new box to make sure we had bought Puffs Plus. It is a completely different and inferior product. It is scratchy and irritating. I will not buy again unless you change it back. Claim that you have added more lotion if you want to. That certainly does not seem true and if it is, you are using the wrong lotion or the wrong paper. I can buy scratchy tissue for much less.

The only tissue I use when I’m sick and using tissue all day long. My nose never gets sore or raw using these. And they are thick enough that you don’t have to use two when you blowing your nose. Cheaper and thinner brands may be ok when your not sick but these are my go to tissues.

I have used Puffs Plus for YEARS. I love them. I have them in every room at home, in my office, in all 3 of our cars...but this last purchase of them (I buy in the 3 pack normally), the tissues seem to tear when I blow my nose or rub it across my nose. I go through tissues EVERY morning...at least 3 to 4 of them. But this tearing thing is bugging me. Have you made a change or is this batch just bad? I really don't want to try other brands. I like Puffs lotiion tissues. Please let me know what's been changed, and why. Thanks Gran

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please tell me this wasn't just sample size but travel pockets exist for lotion plus tissues. I love these types of tissues for the harsh winter season. Having these tissues available in travel sizes would be such a blessing to have available in my car and purse in case I need them at work or outside of the home.

Of all the years to change the formula...this is not the one. I have been very disappointed in my last 4 month's purchases of Puffs Plus Lotion - you must have changed the formula or lotion content. I thought it was a fluke a few months back - my family regularly purchases Puffs Lotion and Puffs Ultra in six packs 2-3 times a month (we have a family with many sinus issues). My husband doesn't like the lotion because he uses it sometimes on his glasses; I only use with lotion and only use Puffs - no other brand will do! However, my disappointment must be noted. I thought you accidentally switched boxes at first and maybe we got the wrong ones - but the issue has continued and their is very little lotion compared to what was provided in the past, and the price keeps going up. Your brand is still the best, but for one of the first times in a long time (and cold/flu season is not even here!) my skin is raw and chapped. Never happened before - I'm convinced the formula changed. Maybe it is the COVID demand, I don't know...but PLEASE put more lotion in your Puffs Plus Lotion tissues! When I was sick, these were the 'go-to-tissues'! Everyone knows the feeling of having a stuffy/runny nose and your nose will get irritated when you constantly blow your nose.
