If it hadn't ben for Puffs Plus, I don't know if I would have ever gotten my kids to use tissues. They never once complained about blowing their noses when they were little. However, they are spoiled now. Schools do not provide such nice tissues and they complain of how rough school tissue is. Do Puffs Plus come in pocket packs, because even the other leading brand's tissues are not soft enough for my kids' tender little noses.

I have been a user of Puffs plus lotion for years whenever I've had a cold simply because they were the softest tissue for the nose and skin when needing to use such a product so frequently. However, there is no doubt in my mind that the quality of this product has changed or gone downhill since the last time I used it. I do not think the tissues are as soft nor as 'lotion-y' as they used to be. I will not be buying these again as the regular tissues I use are actually softer and cause less discomfort with frequent use.

Just got the puffs plus with lotion in my Influenster voxbox. These couldn't have come at a better time. Just getting over a cold so my nose is still rather sensitive and the lotion in these is great. I have also just ran out of the tissues I keep in my bag and these will be going in my bag now.

My family has used Puffs for literally decades and even as a little kid I can still remember how these tissues made the skin on my nose and cheeks severely red and irritated. The only time they are “soothing” is when there’s already snot on them, other than that they just smell okay

I used to LOVE Puffs + when I got sick but this time, my Cottonelle Ultra Soft toliet paper is WAY softer than these tissues. I will never waste my money on this garbage again! Such a disappointment Puffs on what used to be a fantastic product. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

I can not express how disappointed I am in your company. I have been using Puffs Plus for as long as I can remember, and have LOVED them. I am saddened that you have shrunk the box and lessened the amount of lotion you put on the tissue. I will no longer be buying Puffs Plus, which is something I never thought I would say.

I recently received a sample of the Puffs Plus Lotion in my @Influenster #TLCVoxBox. I have been using Puffs to go for several years, but had never tried the Puffs Plus Lotion. I am a huge fan! I love how soft the tissues are - perfect for sore noses, especially during the winter months. Keep up the good work, Puffs! #Passthepuffs

At some point in the last few years, the product has completely changed. It no longer has the level of lotion or softeness or thickness of tissue that it prior had for many years. I know this because I purchase 5 or 6 boxes a month due tomy ever present allergies. Shame on the conoany for foing a switcheroo during Covid years and not informing consumers!

Whoever came up with the idea to change the size of the cube box should be put into a too small straight jacket. Do you have any idea how many tissue box covers you've rendered obsolete? As a result I've switched to Kleenex after a loyal, decades-long solely Puffs association. you NUMBSKULLS!

I bought some "puffs with lotion" recently because my mother and i horrible cold. I bought the tissues because they were recommended and also I thought they would be much easier on my nose. As soon as I opened the box and put a tissue to my nose, I smelled a very bad smell. We had no choice to use them because they were the only tissues we had. I thought the smell would eventually "go away". I was wrong! Even though they are soft on your nose, I will not be buying these again.Maybe another type of "puffs" would be better but I will not but these particular ones again.
