I'm suffering from seasonal allergies. I purchased these thinking my nose would enjoy something softer than a normal tissue. Well, was I wrong. These are much more rough than normal Kleenex. Even Kirkland brand tissues are softer than these. Very disappointing...

I have been using Puffs Plus for a long time. This last box has a pronounced smell of Vicks. The box is labeled Puffs plus Lotion. If I wanted tissues that smelled like Vicks I would have purchased that product. Perhaps you should review your quality control procedures.

I can't believe fragrance was added to a tissue! And there's no way I would have known that without reading the fine print! Horrible scent but much more importantly, fragrances are unregulated and often toxic. Now I have to throw out a whole box of tissue. Bad move!

I honestly never write internet reviews on products but I just had to for Puffs plus lotion. I have had a cold for going on a week now and have gone through at least 3 boxes of puffs plus lotion. My nose and lip are not chapped or raw or sore from blowing my nose. Normally after half a day of blowing my nose I can't bear to bring a tissue to it. With puffs plus lotion I have no problems blowing my nose. It's that small hint of lotion in there which makes everything better. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone. It's worth the extra pennies in the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this product a lot for it's strength and gentleness but I'm not sure if I will purchase it because I'm thinking that it will be too expensive. I will definitely look in to it though and if the price is right i will purchase them from now on.

This is the best tissue ever and I have been purchasing it for my family for years! I am however disappointed that I can't find the Ultra Soft and Strong at any store in my area. All the other products are carried. I too, as I have read from other posts, have to stop at a store JUST to purchase this tissue. I also am disappointed that the LARGER BOX, with over 200 tissues (non pop-up tissue) is not carried anywhere anymore. The pop up box is nice. But, like some other posts I am not a fan of the smaller box size. Why did you discontine to make the larger box? I too, would have paid more for them. Please bring the large box back and increase your distribution area again for this type of tissue.

We have used Puffs with lotion on a daily basis for years. The lotion adds softness to sore noses and helps with makeup and nail polish removal. The boxes however have been getting progressively uglier. The ones I bought this evening are awful. There is no room in our home where they will look pleasing. Please get a new designer!

PLEASE go back to the old tissue and boxes. I use the square boxes in every room of the house (5 bedrms., 4 baths, on our 2 desks, and next to our chairs in den). I use the ones w/ lotion and find that lately the tissue appears to be not as strong. I really take issue with the containers. The new ones are horrible. The old ones came in such attractive colors that I was able to match them to the decor in every room. I don't know why you made changes in a good product, but PLEASE go back to the old ones.

Puffs are the greatest tissue on the market (the only kind I purchase) but the prints used on their boxes are very unappealing and do not go with any decor in my home. . Young girls would love these prints but I do not find them attractive. Looking forward to future prints that are more appealing.

While I do like the product itself, I am NOT a fan of the MEGA boxes, because they do not fit in the tissue box holders so many of us have. And recently, the contents of the packages don't indicate the MEGA size, so have bought the incorrect product. Very disappointed.
