My sensitive skin needs the extra moisture from Puffs Plus Lotion Tissues during allergy and flu season. With every use it hydrates my skin unlike regular tissues that cause my nose to chafe every time i blow my nose. I have used these for every allergy season since I was a child, they've always worked best.

I have used no other brand other than Puffs Plus for as long as I can remember. Lately, however, I have been finding a lot of tissues in the box that feel very rough, not at all like your normal tissues. Are you changing your formula? I was looking for a way to send this comment directly to the company, but did not find one.

I have always bought Puffs because it was the softest tissue, especially when I have a cold. I recently bought the Puffs untra soft and it wasn't all that soft. When I got a cold I made sure to get the Plus Lotion Puffs. Imagine my surprise when I found it seems to be even less soft. My nose is so red and sore from using these horrible tissues. I will never buy Puffs again. How disappointing that they went cheap quality in order to line their pockets. They used to be worth the extra money they charged.

Everyone in my family has environmental allergies, so it is very important for us to have a tissue that holds up and does not damage the soft sensitive skin of our noses. Not only did the Puffs Plus Lotion hold up to my daughter constantly blowing her nose, but her nose did not turn red from all the blowing. My whole family really enjoyed how soft the Puffs with Lotion are. It is definitely going to be the new go to tissue in our house!

Puffs Plus Lotion tissues have been my tissue of choice for many years. I notice that these wonderful tissues have had a quality change. Just taking one out the box reveals the loss of thickness and when applied to my mouth or nose, even worse. They are thin and rough now. I do not feel they are worth the extra money. They have gone from a truly superior product to just cheap imitation.

Puffs Plus with Lotion is the best on the market. They are soft with just the right amount of lotion to not make them feel greasy. I have had allergies all my life and once these came out, I wouldn't use anything else. My nose would get so sore before I started using these that I would put Vaseline on it to ease the soreness. Puffs are the best in my book!

I don't know what change, but my nose is raw. I bought a box of puffs plus lotion and I got the exact same quality as kleenex brand with lotion. I'm sorry, your product has always been what I turned to with a cold. However, if this is what has become of your product, forget it. Very tempted to ask for the difference in price. I could have gotten this from Kleenex brand for less.

These used to be my go-to, despite the higher cost. I have allergies and my nose got raw with anything else. This latest batch has a whole different texture, nubby rather than smooth. And there's no trace of lotion. They're downright painful to use. I bought three boxes; what am I supposed to do?

When you’re sick there is nothing worse than getting dry and broken skin from wiping your nose too much. These tissues are so much better than any other tissue I’ve ever tried. I go out of my way to recommend them to anyone I know who is sick. I lived in Europe for several years and didn’t have access to these tissues and really had to suffer a lot through colds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't like the tissues because of the lotion. It left a greasy feeling afterward that I did not like at all. They were very soft and gentle on the nose, so if you don;t mind the greasy after feeling you will like these tissues.
