I have lost count on how many boxes of Puffs Plus my wife and I go through a year. We both have sinus issues and the softness, strength, and especially the lotion make the "cold and flu" season bearable! The only wish I have is that Puff Plus would come in a pocket/purse package that I could pick up at my local convenience store.

These are my absolute favorite variety of tissue. I prefer the lotion because, my nose becomes dry and cracked sometimes peels. If your not into scents or lotions, this may not be the kind for you. They do have non lotion ones also. I definitely recommend these. Only need one tissue unlike other cheaper Brands.

I have been loyal Puffs user ever since the lotion was added. I could always rely on it to sooth my achy nose. I recently purchased my typically stock and was excited to open them...well I thought I was crazy they weren't soft at all! I started thinking it was me. I'm glad to know there others who realized the lotion has apparent and the tissues are rough. if that's the case, I'll save my extra buck and buy the cheaper brand!

I have allergies so bad and loved Puffs with lotion. They were so wonderful to my poor nose. The last several boxes are like sandpaper. I'm going back to a cheaper product. I might as well pay less for a rough product. What did you do with the lotion?

puffs is so awesome the lotion one feels soooooooooo soft you always want a cold so you can use puffs the vicks one sothes your nose sooooooooooooooooooo well! i enjoy being sick when puffs is around! plus the puffs boy on the back of the tissue box is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE! hes adorable! and finally the slogan noses in need deserve puffs indeed is so TRUE and original PUFFS ROCKS more than komail

I used to use puffs plus lotion until today. I had my boyfriend buy me a three pack because I have the flu. These puffs are not the soft puffs with lotion I remember. They have the consistency of cheap toilet paper you would use in a public restroom. The lotion is absent and they no longer sooth the skin. My poor nose is raw after 1 box, due to it being to late to go get something else I was stuck using this product and It felt terrible. :(

I found myself using fewer and fewer tissues because the design on the box that I preferred (and matched my bathroom perfectly) was difficult to find. It makes no sense. You designed some nice boxes, but I was unable to buy the box I preferred online - instead, all you offered were multipacks of horrible designs. Why even have various designs if the consumer can't choose? If the box I preferred was readily available, I'd be going through the product much more quickly. Now that the design I preferred is no longer available - and none of the new designs are acceptable - I am going back to using charmin for my tissue needs.

Puffs, specifically Puffs with Lotion, is our family's go to brand. Puffs consistently provides a soft, quality, highly reliable, repeated-use-without-irritation, fresh smelling and cost conscious experience. We keep a box each bathroom, our home offices, living room and each of our cars.

I got Puffs Plus Lotion in my #JollyVoxBox and thought it was perfect for this time of year when everyone has stuffy noses and colds. I'm suffering from one of those right now and these tissues are sooo soft. They don't irritate my nose and are very absorbent. I definitely love them.

Puffs has always been the tissue brand that we have always used for several generations. This brand has been the tissue that has been there through happy tears and sad tears and they always hold up no matter what you blow, or spit in them. Thank you puffs
