I have been a fan of Puffs Plus since they came out years ago. I used them exclusively. This winter I noticed a significant decline in quality. They are more thin and not nearly as soft. Plus, throughout the box (and this has occurred in several different boxes) there are batches of really scratchy tissues. I don't understand why the quality had to suffer. I have a bad cold right now and had to cross enemy lines and buy a different tissue. I hated to do it but until the quality improves, I have no choice.

they're normally my go-to tissues, but lately wish the mega cube it rips and wastes many of the first tissues. it causes me to rip the first I'd say 10 tissues, 5 if I'm lucky. every single mega cube has done this to me and I'm tired of using tissue scraps !

I remember when Puffs Plus Lotion had enough lotion in it that you couldn't use them to clean eyeglasses because of the lotion. Since they've cut back on the lotion you can try it yourself and you wont see lotion on glass anymore because of the lack of lotion in the tissue now, that's too bad what was a great product is now just a OK product.

These boxes are soooo ugly. How ugly are they? They are sooo ugly that I have to spend my money to buy covers for them. Kleenex had the best swirley pattern in different colors which fit in any room, and because I have allergies and intermittant asthma, I have tissues in just about every room. That's 11 boxes at all times. So since I am such a good customer, won't you please fix the boxes.

As soon as I hear sniffles in my house, I immediately go to the store and grab these Puffs tissues! The ones with lotion keep your nose from feeling raw as the tissue is extra soft. My little ones love it! They absorb really well, and I dont have to worry about getting boogies on my hands when cleaning the kids' noses! They are strong yet soft and do an amazing job at helping you stay comfortable during an uncomfortable time! You won't be disappointed!

LOVE this tissue with thr lotion!!! I have severe allergy issues so employing my nose a hundred times a day in this tissue with the lotion really helps keep my nose hydrated and not chapped! They're on sale often and I stock up I recommend this kind to everyone and we even use it at work now :)

I can tell the differance even though it has been months since I used a tissue, the new ones are rough NOT nearly as soft as last years tissue, who ever made the decission to change it is WRONG. I can tell the differance and I don't like it I used to tell folks in the store Puffs Plus Lotion is the best ever not any more I say try somthing else you new puffs plus lotion is awful! So diasapointed in you. I want the old Puffs plus lotion back......please

these tissues have got to be the best, doesn't hurt my nose using them and actually save them from the irruption you get from blowing your nose so much... #Passthepuffs perfect for my purse and on the go. I used to swear by Puffs Plus. I'd never get a chapped, sore, red nose when I had a cold and only used Puffs Plus. I even gave boxes to friends so they could see how much better Puffs Plus were. But this last cold was different. Puffs Plus seemed not much better than other tissues. It seems like there must be less lotion, or different paper, or some kind of cutting back on the quality that made it so great. Now I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't pay extra for a benefit that is no longer there. I think I've seen Kleenex with lotion; I'll try that next time I have a cold.

If it ain't broke,don't fix it. It sounds like you tried to save money by giving us fewer tissues and in reality more "flexible" is another word for flimsy. When I want to blow my nose,I don't want flimsy. You had a product that I was willing to pay a bit more for because it was far superior. Therefore I needed fewer of them. I've loved Puffs for more than 20 years. This is the old Classic Coke story. I hope you come back soon. Till then,find me in the Kleenex aisle.
