I absolutely love Puffs Plus Lotion! It has seriously been the only kind of tissues I have used since I was a teenager. I have almost constant allergy issues and they keep my nose from getting red, flaky, and painful. I have and will always recommend them to people when they're sick. I will never stop using them.

I swear by these puffs normally. I have been buying these puffs since they came out. I sent my son to buy them and there is no lotion in them. I paid for a value pack of three with lotion as marked on the boxes and NO LOTION. I wear glasses and normally I have to try so hard not to get them too close because they smear my glasses. NOT THIS TIME! What happened? These are so rough on my nose, I hate it.

I have chronic allergies and Puffs tissues have been my preferred brand for years because they were softer and stronger than other brands. However, the product has changed and it's not as good as it used to be. The box of Puffs Plus Lotion sitting next to my laptop is nowhere near as soft as the product used to be. In fact, it's like blowing your nose on sandpaper. It would really be irritating against the skin if you had a cold and your nose was sore. What happened, Puffs people? Did I just get a bad batch of Puffs? (All three boxes in the 3-pack I bought are the same way.) Because of my allergies, I go through a lot of tissues, but I'll be looking for a better product if this is the best you can do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very soft and durable. Keeps your nose and area around it from getting chafed or dry at all. Usually from most tissue with excessive use you get at least a little dryness or discomfort, but not with Puffs plus lotion.

I don't know what P&G did, but these tissues are awful. I started noticing about a month ago that they didn't seem right. Have bought 2 3-packs and would like a refund! I have purchased (and I have been devoted to Puffs Plus Lotion for years) have been no better than cheap no-lotion brands of tissues. I love the slogan on the box: "Our Most Soothing Tissue." I'd hate to use their least soothing one. Is anyone at P&G even reading these comments?

I have used Puffs exclusively for the past few years, however the last few boxes I have bought have been worse than ever. Not as much lotion, tissues smell like dust to the point where I sneeze and sniffle even more (even buying from different establishments doesn't have an effect on this so it's not the business). And to echo other comments, the boxes are hideous, although that's of less of a concern to me. On a whim the other day, I bought a box of Kleenex with lotion and was much happier with the quality and smell of them. I'm going to switch brands.

Bring back the old Puffs, you know, the thick, soft ones, full of lotion. I can't live a happy life without them! I've been a loyal customer ever since they came out. I used to buy 'em by the cart load.My sister also used to do this. I kept a box everywhere. They were awesome! Now they're not as thick and they don't feel very "lotiony" :( I don't care what you have to do to bring them back. Just do it! I will pay more for them if I have to!!!!

This is a question, not a review.....I have loved and used exclusively for many years Puffs with Lotion Kleenex. But my most recent purchases have not been of the quality I have grown to expect. At first I thought maybe I had purchased the soft Puffs by mistake, but the box says with Lotion. I am so disappointed! Have you made a change of some kind? If so, please change back!!!
