[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the thickness and softness of this product! The thickness and softness is important to me when I have a cold because my nose won't get red from the frequent wiping and the nasal discharge will not get on my hands.

Covid masks sometimes left my nose and upper lip dry and a little irritated. Puffs tissues provided the soft care that I needed. They are so much softer but without the pilling or dusty debris that occurs with other brands. Worth the extra cost because it soothes and doesnt aggravate my allergies.Big fan!

I love Puffs... but what happened to the lotion? Can the lotion fade if the box is older? I only get the Plus Lotion when my allergies are in full swing... but today I was not comforted with the soothing lotion... and I must say they were a little rougher than I remember. I do hope this is a bad box and the Puffs tissue hasn't changed. Sincerely, Red Nose In Need Of Comfort

Puffs plus lotion is the only tissue that I buy for my household. I have bought Puffs PLUS for years. However, within the last six months the tissues have changed. The tissues are no better than the cheap brands. Please bring back the original formula and manufacturing process. I will have to change to another brand if the tissues do not return to original quality.

I am a long time Puffs customer but I am so with Niftynikki on the newer box designs . Puffs box designs are really awful. There is only one now that even halfway looks decent in my bathroom and I can never find it at my grocery stores (plural) unless it is in the 12 pack with all the awful designs. I actually purchased another brand this time because of this issue. Please, either get a better designer or go back to the old boxes. I would be giving 5 stars but for this.

I really like the to-go packs because they are very convenient. Being a college student, I am constantly walking around campus in the winter weather and sometimes need a tissue. Its great to just have them handy when I need it! Thanks! I received this product complimentary from Influenster.

I've purchased the Puffs Plus tissues for years because they were so soothing to my tender nose during cold season. They now feel like a bargain brand as they are rough and thin. Also, it seems like there is no lotion in them. P&G, what happened? I don't think you can honestly say nothing has changed in the tissue or formula. Too bad.

I've been a dedicated fan of Puffs Plus for years and never buy any other kind of tissue. I literally go through a box of kleenex a week. I just recently noticed the quality of the tissues severely decline. Even just pulling one out of the box feels like cheap, rough tissues. Not to mention it makes my nose raw. What happened to the old formula? Please bring back the real Puffs Plus! I don't want to go through winter without them.
