Years ago when your competitor cut back on their quality and durability, I switched to Puffs Plus and Ultras. Now, I would use no other. But, I have a few comments- 1) The box designs are UGLY-UGLY! Please keep up with current design colors or motifs. More sophisticated "Martha Stewart" styles would be nice. 2) Of the two designs I would consider using, the stores seldom have that design in stock. 3) The purse/travel packs are impossible to find, have you discontinued? Again, a "pretty" pkg for the purse would be nice. 4) I notice that every other tissue is a lot smaller than the other. Is this for a cost savings effort?

I think the lotion is slimy. It gets on your fingers and then on whatever else you touch. Plus, if you accidentally grab one of these to wipe your glasses, well now your glasses have a slimy film on them and you can't see unless to go clean your glasses.

Good for runny noses especially dry runny noses but in general if your nose is that runny a washable towel might be better so you dont rub your nose raw. One thing i never quite liked about tissues is the lint residue that builds up but if you had to get some these would be them.

I was so relieved to read that others have written the same as me - Puffs Plus just isn't as good anymore! I used to swear by these tissues as they kept my nose soft and smooth despite my very frequent nose blowing. Over the last few purchases, I cannot tell the difference between regular NON lotion tissues and the Puffs Plus! In fact, I have for the first time gotten an extremely bad dry skin rash next to my nose from the frequent blowing, despite using these tissues! PLEASE GO BACK TO ORIGINAL FORMULA!

I have to say as someone who suffers from allergies I have always used Puffs Plus, but recently something has changed with them. They are not soft at all and feel as if there is no lotion in them. They are as ruff as the cheaper tissues. It upsets me that I have 5 more boxes like this.

I have loved and used Puffs for years. I have been a loyal customer. That just changed. You changed the quality of the Puffs tissue. It is not as strong as it used to be or as soft. I suffer from allergies year round and I buy Puffs in bulk. This last batch I purchased was weak. A good sneeze into a tissue leaves a mess in my hand. The tissue used to handle moisture well. Now it is thin and weak. Not sure why you changed the way the tissue is made. But I'll be shopping around for new tissues now. I'm very dissapointed in you.

I love puffs tissues and have used them for several years. I must tell you that the packaging is terrible. I do not know who is designing your boxes, but it makes me not want to buy them, they are awful. I have tried to contact you before with no luck. I hope you redo your packaging, I would love to go back to using your product.

I feel compelled to let you know that you have a very loyal customer beginning to look at you competitors... You may indicate nothing has changed, but something has... The Puffs with lotion has long been a staple in our household, but with recent purchases we have noticed they are thinner, rougher, and less lotion.. I realize there is always pressure to contain costs, but this change will start costing you customers... Hopefully customer comments are valued and you reverse the changes you made before we move on.. Thanks for listening....

This tissue is very soft on skin but is also very strong and does not fall apart when you blow into it. It is great for those with a cold and runny nose and also works well for every day use. I have used these tissues for over ten years-every other tissue falls short in comparison.

I'm a tissue snob, only buying Puffs Plus but recently there has been a change. The tissues are not as strong and do not feel like they have lotion in them. They are super thin, and come out of the box in two or three sheets. They are now rough and scratchy. I've only used these for years and years but will be looking for a different alternative with lotion in the tissue for my nose. Very disappointed in the change
