[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been dealing with a head cold lately (oh, the joys of having a child in daycare!) and have been blowing my nose constantly. These tissues are the *best* because they don't chafe my nose raw. They're strong, they're soft, and the lotion is the glue that holds my love of these tissues together. Seriously - anything that doesn't make me look WORSE for blowing my nose all day is a winner in my book.

Last year I purchased puffs plus and thought I had just gotten a couple of bad boxes, as the tissues felt soft but withOut lotion. Sorry if I sound crankie but I have the flu and purchased my beloved puffs plus, And again they a terrible. There can't be any lotion in these or such a small amount that they are no longer soothing to a sore nose. PLease put the lotion back in the tissue PLEase!

When you or your little ones, even your spouse, sneeze and sneeze and rub their nose raw with a non-lotion tissue - remember, you should have used PUFFs tissues from the start. They will be a blessing to the sore skin and you saying "G-d Bless You" on top of that - is 2 Blessings!

I bought theses for colds many times in the past but the 1 box out of the three pack I bought did not appear to have lotion and the tissues were not soft. i don't know if thet changed something but these were just as bad as a no-name brand from a dollar store. I think i will give the other two boxes to work and switch to a different tissue company if puffs don't get it right again.

These are a must have. If you're down with a serious case of the sniffles and you need to wipe and blow your nose 100 times a day you NEED something that is going to help moisturize you. I think coming out with these years ago was such a godsend for so many people and I will forever be a loyal customer.

I also love the fact that it is odorless and does not leave any residue feel on my skin. This tissue is so wonderful and soft enough to be used by all ages, including the tiniest noses in my home.

I'm writing to PG in regard to your product: Puffs with Lotion. I have always purchased this item because the tissues were so soft. Now I have found the tissues to be ruff and also have a strange odor similar to Lysol or disinfectant. They have caused skin irritation and seem to have a different thickness. Disappointed in the product and will not be purchasing again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just happened to be very sick when I got this sample and I used every last tissue, and bought more! They were the softest tissues I've ever used and the lotion just made my nose feel so much better from growing raw.

I love the fact that they added lotion in their tissues. It is so soft unlike other brands that are rough and make your nose sore from wiping. You don’t get that red sore nose from using Puffs with lotion. Overall it is a great brand and I highly recommend it!!

I am so disappointed that Puffs has changed the quality of the tissues. They used to be so soft and gentle on the skin, especially during cold season. I bought 3 boxes of Puffs with lotion, but threw them aside and am using a soft brand of toilet paper for my cold and putting lotion on my skin. Why oh why did P&G change the product???????? My poor nose...
