I am sick and wanted a product to help my nose. The box said plus lotion but there was no lotion. I had my co-workers try it to make sure it wasn't just me. They said the tissue was rough and I should not be using that on my nose. Did I get a bad batch or what? Worst tissue I ever used.

Normally this would be a five star review. The quality has dropped significantly. It could just be this 4/pk but without a way to talk…The plys are not staying together. If you mistakenly use the ‘inside’, it feels like a Brillo pad!!I really hope the next four/pk is better.

I purchased 2 boxes of the Puffs Plus Lotion tissues and after the 1st few tissues being regular, the rest of the box transitioned to each tissue coming out as 1 ply. Definitely not worth the price for useless 1 ply tissues. Unfortunately the 2nd box I bought turned out to be exactly the same. Maybe it's a manufacturing defect? Either way, I ended up with 2 worthless boxes of tissues.

Product quality has changed. Does not have same amount of lotion or does not have any. I used to buy this because it was the only tissue that prevented dryness and now that is not the case. You can tell right when you touch it. Same feel as reg tissues when they used to feel more dense.

It's the worst thing to be in during cold & flu season because of the close quarters. Since I've received there, I've gone through about 6 packs of tissue by handing them out to people on the train who have the sniffles. It helps to stop the spread of germs and keep more people healthy!

I noticed right away that something was different and I am very disappointed in the "new" version of Puff's lotion. I don't mind the new boxes, I actually find them very colorful and fun. It doesn't matter to me that they don't match anything in the house, that's not the point. They could come in a paper sack for all I care if they were made the "old" way again. Please don't fix what was not broken.

I have been using Puffs Plus for over 30 years not only as a nasal tissue, but also to remove makeup. I recently opened a new package and immediately felt that the tissues are now thinner. While removing my makeup, I put my finger right through the tissue. Now, Puffs are no better than other brands when it had been a far superior product. Why would you ruin your product this way?

I don't know if they changed the tissues or what, but the puffs plus lotion box I just purchased as a 3 pack is not as soft as they used to be. My nose is killing me and the tissues are not helping because of how hard and rough this box of tissues feels.

I absolutely LOVE Puffs Tissues with Lotion. At one time you also had the prettiest boxes but now your box designs are flat and dull and boring. Last night I saw your Christmas design which while traditionally nice are also flat and boring. I wish you would have come out with more festive boxes like Kleenex does. And during the rest of the year I wish your boxes were less monochromatic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. Doesn't leave my nose feeling irritated after. I would choose this if I didn't have the cash on hand to buy the tissues with Vicks in it. This is a great choice for my young children though.
