[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tissues are extremely soft. Others cause my nose to dry and eventually peel but Puffs Plus with Lotion keeps my nose moisturized. I no longer worry about walking around with a red nose caused by rough tissues. They are pretty strong and absorbent.

I am recovering from a bad head cold and to compound that, my allergies kicked into a full blown attack. I had just bought a 4 pak of Puffs Plus cubes, went through them and found an older box I had at home. The difference in lotion between the new ones just purchased and the older one (maybe bought 9 mos-1 year ago) was noticable. The new ones left me with an irritated, red nose whereas the older box did not. Could feel the lotion left on my nose from the older ones. Your product is still better than other brands out there, but only marginally based on my recent use. I would be willing to pay more for the product if you would put more lotion back in.............

On February 4 I came down with bronchitis. It was the worst cold I have had in 15 years. It lasted 4 weeks. I bought 6 boxes of Puffs w lotion, and after 4 wees of blowing my nose NOT ONE TIME did my nose turn red nor peel. THANK YOU PUFFS! The tissue you have developed is one of the best things the world has to offer! I am forever faithful and hooked. Keep at it!

I had the flu with a bad cold and I had my husband get me some tissues. I told him to get the Puffs Plus with lotion because it was going to help protect my nose. When I opened the box I thought that it was kind of dry and rough. Then I thought maybe you need to crush them a little to release the lotion, no luck. I don't think there is any lotion at all on these tissues. They are so rough I can't use them. I will throw the whole box. I have used them in the past and didn't have any problems. Very disappointed with this product.

I usually buy the square boxes and love them but this time I bought the larger box (with lotion). When I used one I picked up the box to see if I had purchased the wrong brand. It was so rough and had a different texture. I was surprised when I saw it really was Puffs which is usually so nice and soft.

Unfortunately, in the last 10-a5 boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion that I have used, about three quarters of the way through, I have to stop and pull the rest of the tissues up. I canot send any UPC codes because that's the part you through away. Also, it is most difficult to read the telephone number on the bottom of the box, partly because it is so tiny, but mostly because it is very difficult to read against the green background.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked it but they don't work any better or worse than my current product. They are just as soft, durable and good at cleaning up mess. So I'd only buy them if I got a better deal than my current product.

Thought I got a mislabeled box. Kept checking - it says puff plus lotion. I don't feel any lotion and my nose was raw less than 12 hours into my cold. These are worthless and not even as soft as the old puffs. If there's lotion on these, I don't feel it. Will never buy these again. So disappointed as I have been using using these for years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's silly to think that purchasing tissue with lotion in it would actually make a difference but it DOES! The PUFFS PLUS LOTION helped keep my 3-year-old's nose from over-drying and getting raw from our constant wiping when he had a cold.

Of all the years to change the formula...this is not the one. I have been very disappointed in my last 4 month's purchases of Puffs Plus Lotion - you must have changed the formula or lotion content. I thought it was a fluke a few months back - my family regularly purchases Puffs Lotion and Puffs Ultra in six packs 2-3 times a month (we have a family with many sinus issues). My husband doesn't like the lotion because he uses it sometimes on his glasses; I only use with lotion and only use Puffs - no other brand will do! However, my disappointment must be noted. I thought you accidentally switched boxes at first and maybe we got the wrong ones - but the issue has continued and their is very little lotion compared to what was provided in the past, and the price keeps going up. Your brand is still the best, but for one of the first times in a long time (and cold/flu season is not even here!) my skin is raw and chapped. Never happened before - I'm convinced the formula changed. Maybe it is the COVID demand, I don't know...but PLEASE put more lotion in your Puffs Plus Lotion tissues! Thanks for listening, sorry for complaining but I finally had enough and something needed to be said. Laura H
