This tissue is very soft on skin but is also very strong and does not fall apart when you blow into it. It is great for those with a cold and runny nose and also works well for every day use. I have used these tissues for over ten years-every other tissue falls short in comparison.

First of all, you aren't fooling anyone. All of your loyal customers know that your product has changed, so stop lying. We aren't idiots. Puffs Plus is now thin and scratchy. Secondly, the boxes went from super cute colors and patterns, to just plain ugly. What's with the horrible pastels?! Please bring back the old quality and box designs.

Your Puffs Plus used to be a quality product but has declined significantly. They are no longer strong and they do not have the lotion distributed evenly. Also, they have white flakes that fall out when you shake them. I have been a loyal, long time user but am moving over to Kleenex this week.

I am an avid Puffs user and I love the lotion because it helps keep your nose from getting sore. I have two sons and so the to go packs are an amazing thing to have with me when we are on the go. I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for over 15 years. I used to love how thick and soft it was so that when I used it for colds I never got a sore, red nose. Over the last several years I have seen the product get thinner and not as soft. If you hold it up you can see how there are just flecks of lotion in it, it didn't used to be like that :( When I opened this last package I just purchased and used it, I thought I bought the wrong brand it was almost as rough as the other brands I have never bought. I am considering trying to find a different product now!

I have used Puffs w/Lotion for years and now you have changed them. Why?? They feel like cheap store brand tissue, like sandpaper. You reduced the lotion and now they are horrible. So disappointed. Please go back to the old formula of making these or I will not buy these anymore. You can't change it even a little bit and think we wouldn't notice.

The only tissue I use when I’m sick and using tissue all day long. My nose never gets sore or raw using these. And they are thick enough that you don’t have to use two when you blowing your nose. Cheaper and thinner brands may be ok when your not sick but these are my go to tissues.

I have used puff plus with aloe and with lotion since my boys were small. It was the one comfort during a cold. First you did away with the aloe ones which I did not like but continued to buy. I started out last night getting a cold and sent my hubby to get puffs. He brought back the puffs and it felt like I was using sandpaper. I look like a clown with a red nose. Please bring back the quality we expect from puffs. I will be going to the store tomorrow to pick up several different brands to see if there is anything better on the market. My tissue of choice for over 20 years but no longer til you bring it back!!!

i am super allergic to pollen and these have been a. bed room life saver. i used to struggle with constantly having really dry area on and around my nose because of all the dry and harsh tissue i was using from constantly sneezing or runny nose ( if i didn’t take my allergy medicine) with this i feel no discomfort no matter how many times in a row i sneeze. really great product

I have seasonal allergies (all four of them!) so I'm pretty much constantly blowing my nose. My nose would get dry and cracked from constantly wiping it. The lotion prevents that and I no longer get painful itchy skin. I have a box of these in every room of the house!
