I used to love Puffs Plus Lotion and kept it in every room and in my car. Then, a year or so ago, they seemed to have changed the formula and the tissues where not the same. They were thinner and not as soft. so I changed to Kleenex Cool Touch which I am very satisfied with. On my last shopping trip, my local grocery store was out of Cool Touch so I bought a few boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion and was reminded of why I stopped using this product. I really wish they would change back to the original formula, I loved Puffs Plus Lotion and would go back in a heart beat.

There use to be a day when Puffs was the only product you'd shop for when you had a sore nose from a cold. I just opened a box of Puffs Plus Lotion and it's absurd the tissues are scratchy and the lotion is subtle at best. Side by side Charmin Toilet paper is softer. oh well.

We use the cubes but for a while now they've been EXTREMELY HARD TO PULL OUT and when you can finally get them out you get a wad. we use them because of the size convenience but with the added waste and increased frustration makes them a poorer value. obviously something changed in manufacturing and or quality control. Please Fix This.

I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for many years. It's always been such a comfort getting though cold season and just nice to use all year long. But something has changed. The tissues from the box I just bought are like paper towels. They are not soft at all and have no lotion. Please bring back the soft and soothing tissues you used to make.

I have purchased Puffs since they first were introduced, leaving far behind Kleenex. Kleenex could never compete with Puffs until now. The quality is now the same as Kleenex, leaving only price competition. Please bring back the quality of Puffs be a use right now they are terrible.

We have bought nothing but Puffs plus lotion since it came out. I could not believe how ugly the boxes are now. My husband and I would not have it in our home. We bought another brand and may stick with it. I first thought it was my age but my daughter who is 32 agrees and we were talking about it in the store and others heard and agreed! So sad cause we have enjoyed it for years.

What happened to this product? I am an avid Puffs customer. Puffs over Kleenex all day. I’m at home with a terrible sinus cold. Sent the husband to get tissues, and was SO disappointed by their quality. Not nearly as soft as they once were. Feels like cheap hospital tissues. Hurts my poor nose. I’m super disappointed. Especially since We bought a 4 pack and can’t return.

We have used Puffs with lotion on a daily basis for years. The lotion adds softness to sore noses and helps with makeup and nail polish removal. The boxes however have been getting progressively uglier. The ones I bought this evening are awful. There is no room in our home where they will look pleasing. Please get a new designer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this product. Puffs is a brand that I would trust. I really like that there is not much lint from the tissues as compared to other brands. Its gentle on my nose (which is very sensitive) and isn't harsh on my skin. The only issue I have with this is the packaging. The box I bought which i'm assuming is family size (not the cube) the perforated portion to tear off is a bit large in my opinion. Why does it have to be at the front half of the box all the way to the top? Why have all the tissues exposed like that? Instead off a sliver at the top just to take off and all the tissues aren't exposed?

Hello, I just wanted to inquire about your puffs plus with lotion. I recently have came down with sinus issues resulting from allergies. My go to tissue has always been PP with lotion. However, today I bought a 3 package bundle opened a box and upon use I was very disappointed. The tissue was very rough, dry and itchy for my nose. My experience with this brand has always been delightful, the tissues were thick, smelled nice, packed with amazing lotion softness and worked wonders during cold/flu and allergy season. Please advise if the tissues are produced using a different method and if there is an alternative that matches the old PP plus with lotion experience. Thank you for your time.
