After dropping me off at work I sent my husband out to the store to get me some tissue that would not feel like sandpaper on my nose like the stuff we have at work. He calls and tells me what there is and the Puffs Plus with Lotion sounded like a good thing...NOT! They don't feel any better than the sandpaper tissue here at work! I had to look at the box 2 times to make sure of what I was actually using. Usually I get the Puffs with Vicks or even the antibacterial ones but those were not available so Puffs Plus Lotion "sounded" like a great alternative. I will NEVER buy them again. Love my puffs, don't love the sandpaper kind! Waste of money we don't have right now since hubby is not working, and my nose still hurts. I guess I will be giving the rest of my 4-pack to my office mates. :(

I have been a loyal consumer of Puffs Plus for many years. I have noticed in the last few purchases that the tissues are not nearly as soft as they used to be. I will be finding a product that is soft...that is the point of buying these tissues in the first place!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the Puffs Plus Lotion Facial Tissues very much. Being 2-ply, made them thick and strong and the lotion made them very soft and gentle to a sore nose. A perfect combination to make a great facial tissue.

I love the Puffs with the lotion! It's so soft on the face and nose. My nose gets so sore when I have a cold or allergies. These really are tough and hold up to heavy nose blowing. They are affordable and practical. If you've never tried lotion infused tissues, you are missing out!

The tissue is not soft and not the same quality it used to have. This used to be the only brand and type I would buy . Hopefully you will go back to the original puffs with lotion or I will have to find a new brand. I agree with everything PRODUCT CHANGES NOT GOOD wrote. Been using Puffs Plus for years. Of late we’ve gotten boxes that have, for lack of a more refined word, ratty tissues in them. Holes, separations, fuzz, etc. This is certainly uncharacteristic of the product. Will continue to use the product as it’s the best on the market. Hawkeye

I have been using these tissues for years & don't think I could ever go back to a tissue without lotion. They definitely make a difference. My only complaint is the packaging, more specifically, what are these new, very ugly & unattractive boxes?! The colors are horrendous (most of them) and the designs nothing pleasant to look at. Packaging does matter to me as well, just my two cents. Others may not care but if they stand out on a counter or in the bathroom because they are ugly, then that's not a good thing either!!

Especially when we have a cold or some kind of nasal problems Puffs is our choice of a tissue. The quality is consistent. Strong tissues are a definite plus ! The cost is super reasonable when the quality and strength are a consideration. You wont be disappointed wit a Puffs purchase !

Since I have allergies & asthma I am constantly using Puffs Plus Lotion. I LOVE how it's gentle yet strong enough for sneezes. I especially like the soft packaging for the car, it's convenient and easy access for those sudden moments. Packaging design is great, just wish there was more purple. Thanks Puffs Plus Lotion!

Last year I purchased puffs plus and thought I had just gotten a couple of bad boxes, as the tissues felt soft but withOut lotion. Sorry if I sound crankie but I have the flu and purchased my beloved puffs plus, And again they a terrible. There can't be any lotion in these or such a small amount that they are no longer soothing to a sore nose. PLease put the lotion back in the tissue PLEase!
