I was hesitant to try a facial tissue that has lotion in it. I mean lotion on paper? Yuk! But these tissues are very soft and not all goopy like I thought they would be. They are soft, absorbent and thick. The one thing g I don't like about them is that they don't pop up out of the box.

This is the only tissue I will buy in the fall and winter, when my skin gets reeeeally dry! It actually does make a difference on those days you’re blowing your nose a lot. I’m allergic to the lotion used in the Kleenex brand version, so puffs is where it’s at for me.

Puffs Plus used to be my go-to tissue. Sadly, after my last two three-packs, that's not the case anymore. My nose is just as red as if I used bargain brand tissues. The tissues are markedly less soft and have little, if any, lotion. I'll be shopping around to find a new tissue brand that's easier on my nose.

I am sick and wanted a product to help my nose. The box said plus lotion but there was no lotion. I had my co-workers try it to make sure it wasn't just me. They said the tissue was rough and I should not be using that on my nose. Did I get a bad batch or what? Worst tissue I ever used.

I got a pack to try out; received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes @Influenster & #Passthepuffs I love these tissues and they are soft enough but do the job for my 3 kids and myself. I would recommend and will continue to use.

I have used puff plus with aloe and with lotion since my boys were small. It was the one comfort during a cold. First you did away with the aloe ones which I did not like but continued to buy. I started out last night getting a cold and sent my hubby to get puffs. He brought back the puffs and it felt like I was using sandpaper. I look like a clown with a red nose. Please bring back the quality we expect from puffs. I will be going to the store tomorrow to pick up several different brands to see if there is anything better on the market. My tissue of choice for over 20 years but no longer til you bring it back!!!

I got these in my Influenster Jolly Voxbox this month. I love all Puff's products. These are great because they have a touch of soothing lotion that soothes your nose if you have been blowing it a lot due to a cold or flu or even allergies which everyone in my house has. They don't leave your nose feeling greasy or anything. They are also very strong and don't rip easily when used. I'd recommend to everyone. Thanks

I have used Puffs plus lotion for a long time. With the new box colors, however, I am thinking of going to another brand. While the new colors are pretty, they don't go in any area in my house (and I keep tissues in 6 areas). Why would the company put out so many new designs but make them all in 2 or 3 very limiting color schemes?

I am a descendant of Puffs Plus lovers. However, in the last 5 or so multi-packs the bottom quarter to half of the box, the tissues are rough, have perforation marks & totally not "Puffs Plus" quality. I have been meaning to write for a long time, & today just pushed me to the PC to ask P&G "What is going on?" Enough is enough!!! If there was a manufacturing error/imperfection, it should have been corrected before now. I would hope! But in today's Puffs Plus box @ almost the half way point, I hit a rough tissue. So, it is getting worse instead of better. I would like to be compensated, please. I'd rather stay with Puffs Plus than go over to another brand. ~~ When I visited my Mom, bringing her lunch & a box of tissues to replenish her stash, my mother threw that box of "Other" tissues at me from her dying hospital bed, saying, " These are not my "Puffs Plus!" Well, I went back to the store & purchased her "Puffs Plus" & I switched on that day to Puffs Plus & that is over 14 years ago. I go through 2 boxes a week. I have a box in my kitchen , living room, bathroom & bedroom. I pay to receive the best, I expect the best. Do not continue to disappoint your loving devoted consumers. I love the new colors on the packages. Maybe you could offer a multi-pack with all one color/shade? Thank you for listening.

Puffs in my opinion are the softest tissue. This is the only brand I buy for my family. I keep my house stocked with them year round for when we are in need. When we have allergies or get sick getting a raw nose from rough tissues just makes this even worse.
