We appreciate your feedback, Michelle. We’re sorry that the tissues aren't coming out of the carton opening without needing to be picked up and we understand how frustrating that can be! We have high standards for every part of our packaging process, but it is possible that when the bundle of tissue was being inserted into the carton it could have shifted slightly, causing the issue you’re experiencing with dispensing. As you continue dispensing tissues, it should become easier to pull them out smoothly. Once there’s a little more room in the carton it should allow the bundle to shift back where it should be for proper dispensing.
