The main thing I don't like about these tissues is the box. It is difficult to initially start getting tissues out without ripping the first 5. Then later during use, if they stop popping out it is tough to grab them out. tissues are great, but I prefer the larger flat box.

My whole family LOVES these! I recently bought a different brand that boasted similarities to Puffs plus they were a lower cost. My husband stated the old saying "you get what you pay for"; needless to say, I am the only one using the other brand! So, Puffs Plus Lotion is the only tissue we buy. I have a secret to share - even though I am doomed to use the "other brand" - I smuggled two boxes of Puffs in to my office at home. Yes, I have the other brand in here too, but my poor nose could not take the agony anymore!! Buy these - you will love these - your nose will too!!

The lotion tissues are great, but we had to break open some of the boxes and turn the tissues because they were put in the box wrong. This wouldn’t necessarily detour me from buying them again, but if there’s something else available, I probably would get that tissue instead.

We are a Puffs Plus Lotion family! But (similar to another person's recent review here) lately in every rectangle box, there are always tissues scattered throughout the box that have no lotion or softness at all. They are rough, thin, and scratchy and get thrown out rather than used. This didn't used to happen. :-(

Puffs plus lotion are my favorite type of tissues. I saw many who wrote reviews stating the increase of the amount of tissues per box made it too difficult to pull the tissues out. I did not have a problem. I did measure the box against a box I have here at home , the box is slightly larger to help with the added tissues per box. I’m happy with the size and more per box for less waist.

The first tissue is always so hard to get out of the box. Obviously it’s one more that gets consumed with almost zero value provided so the problem never gets addressed. It’s time consuming to get the first tissue started and I don’t get paid to get the tissues flowing.

I have used Puff's Plus for years. It is soft and gentle on the skin due to the lotion and the tissues are strong enough. I gave it a four-star review only because I prefer the larger boxes rather than the cubes. The full boxes have not been available for quite a while. If they had the full boxes this would be a five star review.

I used to love Puffs with lotion, but lately they are a mess. Everytime I pull one out of the box, all these little cotton/paper balls come out all over me, not to mention making a mess around the house! What's up with that?? I wear a lot of black & it ends up all over me! I think I'll take my runny nose somewhere else. Such a disappointment.

I love this tissue, once you go with it, you will never want to switch. I was Kleenex fan for a long time, until my kid has running nose, Kleenex lotion tissue is not as good as Puffs. Puffs is away more soft, never gave him a red nose after using it. I also have allergy, this tissue is just a piece of peace for me. Highly recommend! I like the cube package better than family share package because of the spacing saving and easier to grab it in the night.

Not the best bargain but a good product in a good form factor. When you pickup the multipack, feel around the edges. Ours got crushed and 2 boxes were deformed. This packaging is HARD to START pulling out tissues and the last tissues are hard to keep raised to pull out.
