I have always used puffs and LOVED them but something has changed in this product. My husband and I agree maybe they were trying to make them cheaper. Use less lotion or something. Its not just me ...he noticed it too. I blow my nose allot in the mornings and I hate having a red nose. I was faithful in keeping puffs plus in all my main rooms in the house. This morning I decided I cant take it anymore ...I'm going to cheat on Puffs and look for another brand! I use to recommend these to all my friends and family because they were THE BEST but I can not say that anymore ...I just wish they would undo whatever they did :(

Puffs has proven to be a reliable product throughout time. I remember using puffs when I was a kid (1978). I used puffs for my kids over 20 yrs later and now my kids 40 yrs later are using puffs for my grandkids. I still use puffs today. Puffs has proven to be dependable for generations of colds and runny little (and big) noses. Puffs is part of our family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very soft and comfortable to use....Puffs at one time made a product with vicks salve in the tissue.... I an unabble to find it but it was my favorite......I dont find a lot of difference in the sample than in some cheaper brands of regular tissue....however, i would purchase it if it was on sale. Bring the vicks salve one back (I havent been able to fiind it on the shelf) and I would be willing to pay more for it.

Finally found a tissue that helps me when I have a cold. It will not dry out my nose when I constantly have to blow my nose, it will not fall apart great product. I have a tissue box in every room in my home my children and I have allergies so we always have Puffs with lotion on hand.

Sifting through reviews. Person responding keeps repeating facial tissue is made with care and have more lotion. Stop repeating yourself. Were it true we wouldn't keep leaving bad reviews. As of late your product is subpar. You say you've put extra lotion in them, I'm wondering what type because no-one can feel it, it's leaving us with chapped noses. Tissues are rough and not soothing.

I absolutely love the Puffs Plus Lotion tissues. There is just enough moisture so that your nose doesn't get raw. I find this super helpful during this time of year when my allergies are going haywire. I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.

I received a sample of Puffs Plus Lotion in my #JollyVoxBox from Influenster. I LOVE them! It couldn't have come at a better time; winter in the midwest! My nose is always so irritable and runny! I can wipe/blow my nose repeatedly without any irritation or making my nose all red like Rudolph!

i too switched from kleenex to puffs with lotion and was in love with them.. and i loved the simple one colored flower design.. so easy to match to my home. then they changed the box design and they are not as easy to match and only one that i will even buy b/c most of them are ugly.. AND the tissues are not as thick and soft!! i am sad but i am thinking of trying out some other brands. puffs was the best and i hope they will return soon.

We use the cubes but for a while now they've been EXTREMELY HARD TO PULL OUT and when you can finally get them out you get a wad. we use them because of the size convenience but with the added waste and increased frustration makes them a poorer value. obviously something changed in manufacturing and or quality control. Please Fix This.
