I have been a user of Puff's Plus lotion forever, and love the softness of the product. However the last few boxes that I've bought, the tissues are not sift and actually hurt... even my Scott toilet paper seems softer. Please, if you want to give us a different product than we're used to, lower the price - and don't preach it's softness any longer.

I've used the Puffs ever since they started putting lotion in it, but the last 24 boxes I've bought have not had the usual amount of lotion and does not protect the nose as well. Please check quality in production. Also would like to suggest a better design on boxes. Daisys are too over-rated. Don't mix box colors in multi-packs - would prefer to pick color for individual room decor. Soft and bold colors with tone on tone background. Think outside the box.

I use nothing but Puffs Plus Lotion but I have noticed that they don't have the lotion like they used to be and they are smaller. I would make a point to go out to my vehicle to get one instead of using what was close. Would like to see the old back.

Puffs plus lotion is the only tissue that I buy for my household. This is a great tissue. It's very durable. It doesn't come apart when you use it. There's no cons to using this 3. It definitely doesn't need any improvement. It's a little pricey but well worth the price. I have recommended this product to my friends. 

I've been a dedicated fan of Puffs Plus for years and never buy any other kind of tissue. I literally go through a box of kleenex a week. I just recently noticed the quality of the tissues severely decline. Even just pulling one out of the box feels like cheap, rough tissues. Not to mention it makes my nose raw. What happened to the old formula? Please bring back the real Puffs Plus! I don't want to go through winter without them.

For someone with a runny nose over half of the year, it is great to finally have a tissue that does not kill my nose after a pack. With all my sneezing and sniffling I thought I would never catch a break with the pain under my nose. I swore by Puffs with Lotion for years (over 20 years since my chemo treatments) as they were the only tissues that did not rub your face raw from constant wiping of the nose. The product is completely changed - the tissue is rough on the face, no lotion and thin. I would not recommend this tissue for any reason to anybody.

Not only did this product clean up pesky boogers but also kept my nose from turning extremely red and dry. The lotion in the tissue was subtle but enough to keep my nose from becoming dry. The tissue held up nicely after using it a few times to blow my nose.
