I have/had been a Puffs Plus Lotion user for years. I grew up with Puffs in the house. (I loved the subtle scent of the old school Puffs) I have purchased Puffs Plus faithfully for many, many years. I can not do so any longer. During a summer cold I went to my standby, Puffs Plus. I bought 2, 3 packs. After I started the first box I was instantly taken back by how rough they were and that they felt as if there was nothing "soothing" on them for a lotion. I opened up the other two boxes in the 3 pack, and they were the same. I took back the 2nd 3 pack and bought some Kleenex Cool Touch. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The Kleenex are what Puffs Plus USED to be. Just to make sure I wasn't just being overly critical, I used a Puffs Plus to clean one lens on my glasses and a Kleenex Cool Touch on the other. Needless to say, I used the Puffs Plus to clean the lotion from the Kleenex tissue off of my glasses. Very disappointing. Bring back the old Puffs Plus. There is NOTHING improved with the changes you have made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Puffs sets the bar for soft tissues. One of the worst parts of a cold or a bad bout of allergy issues is a raw nose after using a bunch of tissues. That is not a problem with these tissues. They feel fantastic!

I have used no other brand other than Puffs Plus for as long as I can remember. Lately, however, I have been finding a lot of tissues in the box that feel very rough, not at all like your normal tissues. Are you changing your formula? I was looking for a way to send this comment directly to the company, but did not find one.

I started buying Puffs Plus when it first came out in 1987. In recent years, the tissue is not as soft as it was when it first came out. Perhaps the company reduced the amount of lotion that is in the tissue. When I emailed he company about this they assured me that nothing has changed, BUT something has. I wish they would go back to the original.

I don't use Puffs Plus much but it was the only Puffs brand in a big box and because I had a cold I went ahead and bought them. They smell! It's kind of a menthol smell. They are not the Vicks kind and the ingredients list aloe and shea butter. I have used products with those ingredients before and they did not smell like this. The Puffs were also not as soft as I expected. There was a rougher feel about these than the ones in my left-over box. I won't buy these again!

This is good for little noses especially with my son teething his nose is running constantly. I love puffs tissue its soft and delicate for my nose. It's great for the skin it's not rough or irritating. Everyone loves puffs tissue in my home.They are great for home and on the go.They are also good for seasonal allergies and the common cold.Its great to have lots of puffs tissues in your home.
