I have never had a problem with the Pluffs Plus Lotion tissues but, I bought 3 boxes recently and they feel like I am wiping my nose with a board. They are very rough and dry with no moisture at all. The UPC code for all three boxes is 37000 39346 and there is another number on each box that might be the lot number. It is 0303V0201N0/15. I gave your product a "4-star" rating, since this is the first time I have ever experienced any problems. Thanks for listening.

I have been buying Puff Plus cubes for years. Recently, I have noticed that at the bottom of each box are anywhere from two to six tissues that are folded among themselves and are not connected to the others so that they pull up and out easily. I've almost thrown away a number of tissues before I realized this. Is this a production problem? Can you fix it?

Puffs are the only facial tissue I will buy. I literally go out of my way to buy bulk, eco friendly toilet paper, but tissues are another story. I’ll admit to being biased towards Puffs, having grown up in a Proctor and Gamble household in Cincinnati, of all places. But I can’t find a brand that compares. I seriously do not care how much they cost. Runny noses will get chapped no matter what you rub them with. Puffs makes it less chapped and less sore. Puffs with lotion is my only choice when I am sick or fighting with allergies (ragweed season, anyone?).

I have used Puffs Plus for YEARS. I love them. I have them in every room at home, in my office, in all 3 of our cars...but this last purchase of them (I buy in the 3 pack normally), the tissues seem to tear when I blow my nose or rub it across my nose. I go through tissues EVERY morning...at least 3 to 4 of them. But this tearing thing is bugging me. Have you made a change or is this batch just bad? I really don't want to try other brands. I like Puffs lotiion tissues. Please let me know what's been changed, and why. Thanks Gran

My family and I have only bought puff plus for years! However, this week my father got a bad cold, we bought Puff Plus or now it's called Puff with lotion. His nose is raw after half a day of using these tissues. PLEASE MAKE THE TISSUES LIKE THE PAST!!!! Very disappointed in the product as it is now.

I’m pretty picky about my tissue choices, so finding these has been great. They’re soft but not slippery, sturdy for actual use, and don’t have any fragrance to bother an already sensitive sinus system. Packaging could be a bit better, but these work well enough.

I have always loved Puffs far above any other tissue. I don't care how hard K-C or anyone else tries, they'll never beat my Puffs! My husband likes K-C because they pop up & he doesn't have to reach down in the box to get a tissue. That might be the only improvement I could imagine. Thanks!

Puffs tissues with aloe have been a family essential for over 20 years. The aloe gives my skin that extra protection I need because I suffer with very sensitive skin so when I've got a runny nose I tend to rub it raw quickly but with this product its not as bad. I'd like to say almost tolerable but who really likes to have a runny nose.

I don't know if they changed the tissues or what, but the puffs plus lotion box I just purchased as a 3 pack is not as soft as they used to be. My nose is killing me and the tissues are not helping because of how hard and rough this box of tissues feels.

I love that puffs are thick enough to not get any blow through to your hands. I prefer without lotion on the daily and lotion to soothe when I'm constantly blowing my nose due to allergies or illness. Has been a favorite brand for my family for as long as I can remember.
