popped my Puff's Plus Lotion purse pack - free to try from @Influenster for my son's high school graduation last night. I was glad I had them and the softness of the tissue form the added lotion was extra soothing while wiping my tears of joy! PLus I had a few extra to pass around to the other moms! #PassThePuffs

I can not believe how changed the Puffs with Lotion is. I have been buying this brand for years and was very happy. I used them daily and now I notice such a difference: they are thinner and not soft at all. Today I broke down and bought the competitor's and they are a bit better. Bring back the old Puffs with Lotion, please!

I have been buying Puffs plus lotion for years and the product satisfied my needs. A few years back you decreased the amount of lotion (aloe) and the product became marginal. Once again the product has changed and this time I find lint in all my pockets and purse. It is so bad that the lint scatters as I pull tissues from the box. I purchased the 124 2-ply tissue box. There are no identifying marks on the packaging unless it was on the lid that was torn off and discarded for access to the tissues. Please tell me this is a faulty lot and that it is not what I can expect going forward. Should that be the case I will be back on the market looking for soft, soothing, reliable tissues. Footnote: I found access to your contact difficult to navigate whereas my box size was not listed.

I had been using Puffs Lotion tissues for years and then about a year ago...when I'd pull one out of the box, the next one wouldn't pull up. They never did this before. Prior to Puffs I always used Kleenex with Lotion....they started doing this same thing which is why I switched to Puffs. Yesterday I bought a box of Kleenex and Puffs, thinking maybe Puffs had corrected this problem. They didn't, but the Kleenex comes up every time. I will now stay with Kleenex until they mess up again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Puffs plus lotion. These are incredibly soft and soothing on a sore nose. I have previously used Kleenex and have switched to Puffs. Highly recommend these tissues for use during cold and flu season.

What happened to the 3-ply tissues that were so soft and cushy? In the last 6 months they've changed to 2-ply and just as rough as other tissues without "lotion". I would appreciate them to return to their luxurious original quality. I don't appreciate so many companies that are compromising their quality and quantity to keep prices similar. I would rather have the same quality/quantity and pay more. I will be trying other brands again.

Puffs Plus has always been my favorite tissue due to its softness and durability. However, lately I have noticed a change in the tissue. As soon as I take it out of the box it is noticably stiffer then before. Also it seems to become powdery or dusty soon after I remove it from the box and place it in my pocket. This last issue is the most annoying. Have you changed the formula recently? If so, please change it back I miss my old Puffs Plus.

We have used Puffs w/lotion for years, but they aren't as soft as they used to be. I'm also disappointed in the colors of the boxes now. I used to like the colors for my different areas in the house, but now they are awful. Please go back to beige, green, orange, purple.....plain colors to match!!

received puffs plus lotion via the Influenster #TLCVoxBox. I had used the product in the past but as of late became cheap and had switched to the bargain brand. One sinus infection later, I realize I will never go back to the bargain brand again, my nose stayed so soft, even after excessive blowing! <3 #passthepuffs

I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for as long as they have been out. In the past, if I somehow got a different brand it the house I would give it away as it just wasn't as good. Lately, however, the tissues have changed. The are light-weight and fall apart and have no detectable lotion. I assumed at first it was just a bad batch, but it has been like this for some time now. For the first time in a dozen years, I have bought a bunch of other brands of tissues and am looking for a replacement product. Please, please bring back the original! (And let me know if they are fixed as I won't be buying them again until I know they are.)
