My allergies can get so bad in the wintertime that I just leave tissue boxes all over the house! Let me tell you, the raw nose struggle is REAL after awhile. Puffs Plus Lotion tissues are perfect for a raw nose thats been getting way too much rubbing. Worth the extra money for the added comfort!

I would have preferred to contact P&G but there's no easy way to do that so I'll write a negative review hoping someone will contact me.
The last 3 boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion pop up tissues only allow pop ups for the first 6-10 tissues. After that, you have to dig around to find the start of the next batch. This happens 2-4 times with every box.
I have purchased these tissues since they were first introduced and would hate to have to find another brand. Please fix the machine that interfolds the tissues.
BTW, just kidding on the birthdate. I don't post my birthdate anywhere. You should simply give groups of age ranges for the sake of security.

I always loved your tissues. Especially this one. Someone finally understood what it was like to have a sore nose from having to blow so often. Even my girls have purchased this product (they grew up with it). I'm not sure why the formula was changed but i am certainly not getting that same experience. The lotion doesn't seem to be present anymore. This is what set you apart from your competition (for me). I really miss the lotion and so does my nose. I am very sad.

I just had the absolute WORST cold and used puffs plus lotion to blow my nose. I have perioral dermatitis which always flares up during a head cold. I think the softness of the puffs tissues helped keep the skin around my nose from flaring. I will definitely buy again.

I immediately noticed a difference once I started using these samples. Super soft. I would definitely buy again when I have another cold.

I have used Puffs Plus with Lotion exclusively for over 15 years. They were thicker, softer and more lotion-ey then any other brand. Even though they were the most expensive option it was worth it to not suffer with a sore nose. I am so disappointed to see the quality change. I understand to save money companies need to occasionally lower the quantity they provide in a package. The quality shouldn't suffer though! The quality is what makes people loyal to your product! I don't agree that your changes made this product "more flexible and softer". The tissues in my boxes are rough, aren't cut right (they stick together at the ends), feel thinner, don't protect my families noses and BREAK apart! Not ideal when blowing your nose, or wiping certain areas of the body. I experimented and bought a competitors brand the other day and found that they were better and so much less expensive! Why should I stick with Puffs? I'm staying away from Puffs brand until they bring the old style tissues back.

Remember when it was bad enough that you were a kid with a runny, stuffy nose and had to use those prehistoric tissues that left your nose red and raw? Thank goodness the world has moved on from those abrasive nose wipes! Puffs plus lotion are my favorite. They're soft and not an assault on my already miserable nose!

I recently purchased two boxes of Puffs Plus Regular instead of the Cube box and they smell NASTY! Both boxes smell rancid. I usually buy the Puffs Plus Cube ones and have never had a problem and would recommend these tissues with no problem. Now the ones in the regular box I will tell all my friends not to purchase these. Have you had any other complaints on the Puffs Plus Regular? Another lady in my office bought the same kind at another place and said hers smelled rancid also. There must be some problem with these tissues that they are all like that. Puff Plus Cube is my normal brand but if I have to purchase the Puffs Plus regular box I will have to purchase another brand. I have been buying the Puff Plus Cube since they became availalbe to purchase.

What have you done, My "go to" tissue, my soft and luxurious tissue that I keep in almost every room of my house has become Kleenex. The tissues in the newest boxes I purchased are thin and hard and not soft. I have to use 2 tissues to get the thickness I was accustomed to. Shame on you Puffs. You have degraded your product.
