If it ain't broke,don't fix it. It sounds like you tried to save money by giving us fewer tissues and in reality more "flexible" is another word for flimsy. When I want to blow my nose,I don't want flimsy. You had a product that I was willing to pay a bit more for because it was far superior. Therefore I needed fewer of them. I've loved Puffs for more than 20 years. This is the old Classic Coke story. I hope you come back soon. Till then,find me in the Kleenex aisle.

I absolutely LOVE this product, have them in every room, and haven't used anything else for years! But now the packaging is awful! The colors are very odd and don't go with any of my rooms. For the bigger boxes, I keep the previous box and refill from a new box whose color I don't like. But those boxes are getting tattered. Also, I can't do that for the smaller cube boxes. Please, please, please change back to plain (no design) and reasonable colors like white, blue, even green! Please?

I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for YEARS. It has always been the only facial tissue product I would buy. However, with this last purchase, I noticed that the tissue is not as SOFT as it was previously. I know a majority of paper product manufacturers have been changing their formulations (notice how much smaller your toilet tissue is) but not all change is for the better. I want my SOFT Puffs Plus Lotion back. And, yes, it is noticeable...... And just to let you know, your original product would have rated 5 stars in every category. I don't normally write reviews, but every time I use one of your tissues now I can feel the difference and miss my "old" friend.

I have been a user of Puff's Plus lotion forever, and love the softness of the product. However the last few boxes that I've bought, the tissues are not sift and actually hurt... even my Scott toilet paper seems softer. Please, if you want to give us a different product than we're used to, lower the price - and don't preach it's softness any longer.

I am very disappointed in today's Puffs. I have used Puffs ever since they came on the market and they have really gotten worse instead of better. They are no longer soft as they were and forget the Plus. Also I have two boxes now that when you take out the tissue it comes out in 2 pieces. What's up Proctor and Gamble, they say they are made in the USA but I wonder about that.

I have kids, both girls, who have allergies and constant snotty noses. Especially during the spring months. Using the Puffs To Go is so convenient and I love them because it is easy to throw a pack in my 8 years old book bag or pocket. This allows her to be responsible and I dont have to continuously dig for tissues. Our family has been buying Puffs for several years simply because they stay intact in the washing machine. I no longer have to worry about emptying tissues from my children's pockets, or finding millions of tissue bits all over my wet laundry. Puffs come out of the dryer in one piece! I Thank you for making such a wonderful product!

This product is great for my constant allergies where i have to blow my nose. When I use the basic tissues i end up with a sore nose that burns like crazy. With the lotion I do not get the sores and my nose feels soft. For the extra price you are way better of getting these puffs plus lotion.

When my grandchild does not run from me when her nose needs to be wiped, I know I have a product I must keep on hand at all times.
