I have used this product for years and about a year ago they ran out of lotion. I suppose they will use the pandemic as their excuse. The box and price are still the same but the product isn't. I would have ignored it if it was just one or two boxes but it has been consistent since February 2020.

I used to swear by Puffs Plus. I'd never get a chapped, sore, red nose when I had a cold and only used Puffs Plus. I even gave boxes to friends so they could see how much better Puffs Plus were. But this last cold was different. Puffs Plus seemed not much better than other tissues. It seems like there must be less lotion, or different paper, or some kind of cutting back on the quality that made it so great. Now I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't pay extra for a benefit that is no longer there. I think I've seen Kleenex with lotion; I'll try that next time I have a cold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Puffs Plus Lotion tissues! In the throes of a wicked winter cold, wiping/blowing my nose for the hundredth time becomes painful, and many tissues feel rough. Puffs Plus Lotion is one of the only tissues that bring relief instead of misery.

Ok, I'm with the other people on this site, what happened to the SOFT puffs with lotion? I'm glad everyone else thinks the box designs are ugly too. I yelled at my husband for buying a 3 pack of the ugliest boxes possible.... but on my next trip to the store, I saw he didnt have much to choose from! C'mon Puffs, I hope you get this figured out before fall/winter gets here!

I have chronic allergies and Puffs tissues have been my preferred brand for years because they were softer and stronger than other brands. However, the product has changed and it's not as good as it used to be. The box of Puffs Plus Lotion sitting next to my laptop is nowhere near as soft as the product used to be. In fact, it's like blowing your nose on sandpaper. It would really be irritating against the skin if you had a cold and your nose was sore. What happened, Puffs people? Did I just get a bad batch of Puffs? (All three boxes in the 3-pack I bought are the same way.) Because of my allergies, I go through a lot of tissues, but I'll be looking for a better product if this is the best you can do.

My dad asked me what the brand was that I used to get that had lotion in the tissue. I told him Puffs Plus with lotion. He purchased some on 12/10/2016 and there is no difference from the Kleenex brand we buy and these. There is absolutely no lotion feel to these. The tissues used to seem somewhat spongey but now are just regular tissues. Why was product updated/changed without any indication?

This tissue is truly soft on the nose unlike others who claim theirs is. It is also thicker and stronger than other leading brands. Its a no brainer to choose Puffs with Lotion. I will not even consider buying anything else after trying the other brands

I love that puffs are thick enough to not get any blow through to your hands. I prefer without lotion on the daily and lotion to soothe when I'm constantly blowing my nose due to allergies or illness. Has been a favorite brand for my family for as long as I can remember.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tissues with lotion are great for me--nice and soft, but they irritate my daughters face and eyes. She gets even redder and irritated when she uses them. For her we need tissues without lotion, so we wouldn't purchase these.

I have always purchased puffs plus tissues for years. Something is happening to your product. There is more loose particles on them now than ever before. I don’t know if it’s lint/fuzz/broken up tissues or what. But today I blew my nose not knowing it was there and I accidentally inhaled it. It immediately started closing up my throat. I couldn’t stop coughing and my throat is in a lot of pain.
