I would not buy any other tissue for my nose, I have allergys and your tissue is the best on the market for the price. Please don't package one box of vicks tissue with 2 boxes of plain puff plus with lotion , I'm not too crazy about all my tissues having that vicks smell, and it definetly made the other 2 boxes smell very strong. Anyways, I have a box in almost every room of my house, so that I can reach for a tissue when my nose goes crazy! Also, could you tell me why a few of the tissues seem to have no lotion within the box, is that a product malfunction? Keep making them,,,,I still love em

I ALWAYS buy Puffs Plus. Between colds, allergies and having kids in the house, soft tissues are a must. I do have to say that I am a bit disappointed with the tissues over the past few months. Every box that I have purchased have the texture of rough toilet paper in half the box, the other half are what is expected with this brand - soo soft. I am not sure what is going on with packing, but please please correct this!!

I am an avid reviewer, and I try alot of products to do reviews. I don't normally use this brand because of the price, but they have been bought by a member of the household so I figured what the hey. I do not like them, they smell like vicks vapor rub. I can't even use Vicks when I'm sick.

Every box I buy of puffs plus lotion, has the last four tissues are always folded over and in truth it’s stealing from your customers. It’s wrong to knowingly steal. I know it’s only 4 tissues but in this day and age money doesn’t go far and I do my best to keep it in my pocket for as long as possible. You need to fix this issue, because we’re not getting 124 tissues in a box.

Yes Puffs plus Lotion feels really good against a sore nose. For that matter they feel good against anything sore on your skin. My only con is that at times when using I honestly cannot tell if my nose is truly clean. I believe it is due to these having lotion in them. Puffs plus Lotion also does not fall apart while in use.

I switched from Kleenex several years ago because Kleenex had significant stacking issues inside their containers. The last 1/3 of the product was a scrambled mess. The past several months Puffs has had significant issues with debris, fibers/fines, in their boxes. Recently their stacking has become an issue as well in the bottom 10-20 tissues in the box.

Where I live we have extremely dry heat. So when you get sick and have a runny nose mixed with that dry heat? Houston we have a problem! But thanks to Puff's plus with lotion, my nose no longer has a problem. And there's no other tissue that can even compare. Great price, great product, and a happy nose what more could you ask for? . If you want a happy face put Puff's in yourplace.❤

I can remember when this product felt so soft to the touch. Not anymore, WHERE'S THE LOTION? at this time I have a bad cold and my nose feels so sore, I'm paying for a tissue with lotion yet the tissue feels like an ordinary tissue. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR PRODUCT CLAIMS.I THINK BABY WIPES WOULD WORK BETTER THAN YOUR PUFFS PLUS LOTION.

I am a loyal Puffs Kleenex user, both with lotion and basic...suddenly, the last 3 boxes I just purchased are obviously not even close to the level of quality I've always experienced...they are thinner and not nearly as soft...this has occurred over the last 4 weeks or so. I still have puffs from my previous purchase, and when I compare them to the ones I just bought they are definitely different....I even separated the double sheet, thinking it was just my imagination, but when I compare the old ones to the ones I just bought, there is a definate difference! The new ones are visibly thinner...almost transparent when separated, and definitely less soft...I'm so disappointed that I am ready to change brands...

I've been a dedicated fan of Puffs Plus for years and never buy any other kind of tissue. I literally go through a box of kleenex a week. I just recently noticed the quality of the tissues severely decline. Even just pulling one out of the box feels like cheap, rough tissues. Not to mention it makes my nose raw. What happened to the old formula? Please bring back the real Puffs Plus! I don't want to go through winter without them.
