I have chronic allergies and Puffs tissues have been my preferred brand for years because they were softer and stronger than other brands. However, the product has changed and it's not as good as it used to be. The box of Puffs Plus Lotion sitting next to my laptop is nowhere near as soft as the product used to be. In fact, it's like blowing your nose on sandpaper. It would really be irritating against the skin if you had a cold and your nose was sore. What happened, Puffs people? Did I just get a bad batch of Puffs? (All three boxes in the 3-pack I bought are the same way.) Because of my allergies, I go through a lot of tissues, but I'll be looking for a better product if this is the best you can do.

Ive had terrible allergies this season and when @Inlfuenster sent me these in my #TLCVoxBox i was s thankful.. they have saved my poor nose. I had been using whatever i could find and my poor nose was red as a reindeer, now its nice and moist (in a good way not cause of snot).. thank you Puffs your a life saver! I have been a loyal consumer of Puffs Plus for many years. I have noticed in the last few purchases that the tissues are not nearly as soft as they used to be. I will be finding a product that is soft...that is the point of buying these tissues in the first place!

As a mom of 3 girls, I need to carry tissue in my purse at all times. Puffs is my go to tissue because I really like the softness of it. Since my girls are allergy prone and it's allergy season, puffs comes in handy. I enjoy the to go packs, I have at least 2 in my purse and 1 in my glove compartment. As far as price, I think Puffs are reasonable. I totally recommend Puffs. I received this product for testing purposes from @influenster #passthepuffs

These are the best kleenex's I've ever used. I only use these and today I bought a new box and was VERY disappointed to find out you have downsized the boxes from 132 ct to 124 ct. That is 8 less than before. Those 8 could be very crucial especially in the upcoming Winter months. I am also debating buying the Kleenex brand because you get more for your money. I don't want to do that because I really prefer these over the Kleenex brand.

As someone who has constant allergies (love the Ohio valley) these tissues are a LIFESAVER! I have to blow my nose 1000 times a day during the spring and winter causing my nose to get sore and red. When using regular tissues it’s the worst feeling ever, but when I have lotion in them I feel so much relief. Even when I’m sick I request lotion tissues as they comfort me. Will never stop using lotion plus tissues

I love puffs plus with lotion BUT, what did you do to them??????? There is no lotion like before..... I am so sad. It was a comfort to know that even though i was miserable with a cold at LEAST i wasn't tearing up my nose and surrounding area. I have brought my girls up on puffs but now where not so sure these households will continue to purchase this product. Just so you know i did purchase more than one time thinking that i maybe just got a bad batch.............unfortunately not the case.

Ever since I can remember I have suffered from constant, unknown allergies that has forced me to try over 12 different medications (all of which have caused frequent nose bleeds). My nose is constantly running from the time I wake up in the morning to the second I lay my head down for bed at night. I sleep with a box of tissues on my bed as I often have to wake up from my sleep to blow my nose. I buy a minimum of one, 3 pack of Puffs Plus Lotion tissues in a weekly basis to keep at least one box of tissue in my bedroom, the bathroom, the living room, the kitchen, my car, my office at work, and my purse. Puffs Plus Lotion is the only product I have tried that will allow me to blow my nose everywhere I go and not cause dryness or soreness. This product has become my #1 necessity and goes on all birthday and Christmas lists. Puffs Plus Lotion is irreplaceable! Thank you so much for creating such an amazing product!

It seems that after many years of soft tissues, Puffs Plus Lotion tissues are now rough. They are not soft like they were in the past. Also, the boxes are now ugly. Please change the patterns on boxes or at least offer a better variety. I am very sad that I can’t find any boxes made before you changed them.

I have used puffs exclusively for almost 40 years now. Every time I use another tissue, I find them sorely lacking in softness. We lived overseas for several years where having a tissue quickly available for multiple uses was absoutely necessary and the pocket puffs were a necessary item in all my bags. I love this product and don't understand why the other brands are still on the market.
