I have bought Puffs plus lotion for many years however the last several times I have bought them, they are rough and feel like you're blowing your nose on sandpaper. I am very disappointed in the product. I always buy the 3 pack. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless this problem is resolved.

For decades, we have kept plenty of Puffs Plus in reserve because they WERE the strongest, the softest and most kind to our noses, but something radical has changed in the latest batch of Puffs Plus we purchased at Sams. They are no longer strong, nor soft. How could you make such a monumental negative change to your product? It defies all logic. There is no hint of lotion, and the softness? WHAT softness? The texture is actually ROUGH. It's the last thing I would reach for if I had a raw nose. What more can I say. They are absolutely horrible. Just a bit better than hospital tissue...maybe. Add to that, your ugly box designs and you have the perfect storm for losing market share. You certainly have lost us as a customer.

I used to LOVE Puffs + when I got sick but this time, my Cottonelle Ultra Soft toliet paper is WAY softer than these tissues. I will never waste my money on this garbage again! Such a disappointment Puffs on what used to be a fantastic product. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

I am a first time buyer of puffs plus lotion I always buy puffs ultra soft but because the store was out of ultra soft I ended up getting plus lotion! NEVER again they are so rough doesn't even feel like lotion is in them, after using a couple of them my nose is sore and I dread grabbing another! Here's to hoping puffs ultra soft gets restocked soon

I have been buying puffs for years but recently have been very disaapointed. Their quality control must be under funded as the last two boxes i have opened have been stuffed with half tissues. I am guessing the third box will be the same. Its like these tissues were caught in a machine and ripped in half. Not what I paid for.

Puffs Plus Lotion has always been my go-to facial tissue. The last several boxes I purchased were not up to the Puffs’ quality I have always appreciated. Every third tissue or so feels like cheap wrapping tissue paper. Not soft at all. I’m sadly disappointed.

When I was sick, these were the 'go-to-tissues'! Everyone knows the feeling of having a stuffy/runny nose and your nose will get irritated when you constantly blow your nose. We had always used Puffs as the primary tissue, However, that is changing. The new tissue is significant smaller and the tissue is so thin you can see through it. Thanks for ruining a good product. We will n ow search for a better product than what you are predently producing.

scince i have love your product for many years i would use it for my chidlren when i am a llittle older. i would also recomend a box that has polka dots on it. you could use brown and white, green and blue., or other colors. this would make me more happy and satisfied with your brand though it is most exalant.

I specifically purchased the brand WITHOUT the Vic's smell and they smell just like Vic's! I alsmost knew not to buy them as they were stored right next to the Vic's type and that is so over powering I should have know it would affect the smell of these! Not happy, Vic's burns my eyes and makes me sneeze - that's not what you want when you have a cold!
