I can tell the differance even though it has been months since I used a tissue, the new ones are rough NOT nearly as soft as last years tissue, who ever made the decission to change it is WRONG. I can tell the differance and I don't like it I used to tell folks in the store Puffs Plus Lotion is the best ever not any more I say try somthing else you new puffs plus lotion is awful! So diasapointed in you. I want the old Puffs plus lotion back......please

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's silly to think that purchasing tissue with lotion in it would actually make a difference but it DOES! The PUFFS PLUS LOTION helped keep my 3-year-old's nose from over-drying and getting raw from our constant wiping when he had a cold.

We have been purchasing only Puffs plus since it came on the market. We would never consider any other type of tissue. Similar to the other responses we thought we had purchased a bad batch. Sadly, no. It is now a different and much inferior product. In our minds and it has gone from the best tissue product to one of the worst. The worst considering the price point. Kleenix brand has a new "cool touch" product with lotion that has the potential to take over the "lotion infused" tissue market. I would suggest that you take all of these reviews and dramatically alter your product/marketing efforts very soon. The product is now a "pig" and there is no way you will maintain your loyal customers with marketing "lipstick" like "Plus Lotion Our Most Soothing Tissue".

I came down with a cold a few days prior to an event I was hosting. I decided to buy Puffs with Lotion to prevent a red, irritated nose. Well, they didn't work my nose is sore and irritated and it was highly visible in all the photos from the event. Very disappointed in the product, hoping my nose recovers soon!

I have used the puffs plus for a very long time and love the product. However the last ones I bought (set of small 4 in a package) was very disappointing. When I opened the first box I realized it was only 1/2 full. Thinking it was a fluke I ignored it. I just opened the last box and have found that all four were 1/2 or less full. This will not stop me from buying your product but felt you should know about this.

Puffs tissues are great. I have used them my entire life. My only issue with the product at this time is the smaller boxes. I want the big boxes back. I have always kept a box on my desk at work and in key areas around the house. If someone has a cold or allergies, they just do not last more than a few days. At this time I will most likely look for a tissue product with lotion or aloe that contains more tissues per box.

I have been buying these tissues for the past 12 years, and now more than ever, I am dissapointed with the product. It seems that half of the tissues in the box are not the same quality that I expect from puffs plus. It seems that cheap tissues are being put into the box as "fillers". They are hard and scratchy. I don't understand how these cheap tissues are making it into the box along with the puffs plus tissues. I hope in the near future you decide to put only puffs plus tissues in the box!

I buy at least 3 rec. boxes a week. I have know concerns about the tissues except, I think you have cut down on the lotion..but as of now I'm still satified with the tissue..What I don't care for is the colors of the boxes...the blue or purple does not go with a lot of colors..not everyone decorates in those colors...why not more browns, bieges, white even. Or something that might be more versified...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very soothing on the skin for if you have a bad cold and don't want to dry out the outside of your nose. The travel pack tissues are substantial and comparable to that found in a regular box of tissues.

Love your Puffs with Lotion tissues! and won’t buy other brands. For first time I had an issue with box I keep in my car. When I pull a tissue out thru the first third of box there are small pieces in middle that come loose all over me. In trying to read any identifying info from my box I keep in car, I can barely make out the following: 3102UO207N2.
