i cannot tell you how great your puff plus lotion tissues are,ive been looking for a tissue with lotion in them, they are very soft to my skin and soft to the touch. i received them in my jollyvoxbox thanks @influenster i received this product complimentary for testing purposes from influenster

I am a tissue snob and have bought "Puffs Plus with Lotion" religiously for years. However, in the last batch that I purchased there so many tissues that felt like sandpaper. I love Puffs and want to continue buying them but I want what they advertise-not some scratchy substitute!

Puffs with lotion USED to be my favorite tissue, then I got several boxes that had clumps of tissue (like cotton balls) in between the tissues. I stopped buying them, last week I tried them again, because the other brand was out of stock in the store. Well, I just got a gob of clumps in my purse, and on the counter and on my dark colored clothes. I won't be buying puffs next time.

I received this product complimentary of @influenster for testing purposes. I enjoyed these tissues, they have been very convenient especially because it's been a cold winter. They don't hurt my nose and feel nice and strong. I recommend these for anyone who is sensitive!

I am a long time Puffs Plus loyal consumer. I always considered them superior to other brands and I didn't mind paying the high prices for them. However, there is no denying that they have been changed and not for the better. The most important problem is they are no longer as thick and strong and soft as before. They break apart. If you have any facial hair, expect to be picking tissue particles from it. Don't try wiping your kids sore butt with it any more either because that's much harder to pick out. They no longer fill up the box and I don't believe its just because they reduced the count per box. The appear thinner when held. One other thing you'll notice when you use the new downgraded version is that many of the times you pull out a tissue, another one or more of them are connected at the corner. I feel very insulted that Puffs switched this product and tried to pass it off as Puffs Plus. For the first time in 15 years I tried a competing major brand which cost less. I wasn't pleased with it, but I thought it was still better than the new puffs plus. PLEASE bring back the old Puffs Plus!

I know the answer to everything is Covid these days, which is understandable, but sometimes you just have to say something. Very often lately, my puffs plus tissues are as scratchy as straw! I don’t think any lotion was added! Even my husband noticed! Poor quality control? Or no quality control due to Covid? Going back to Kleenex

I love these tissues especially since i have crazy allergies. They feel so soft and soothing on my nose when its dry or sore .. They have a slight clean scent to them that i like . They help so much better when your sick compared to the other brands that only dry your nose out more

In the past, I loved puffs with lotion. My last two purchases have been disappointing. The quality has changed. They are not as plush and soft, in fact the whole texture seems different. I hope PG notices this difference and makes corrections in the manufacturing process. New is not better.

I have been using Puffs plus lotion since they 1st came out. They keep getting thinner, smaller, less lotion, and the best trick is you fold a dozen tissues over on the bottom of the box to fill the box faster. Making it less tissues in each box. Soon I may as well just buy the cheaper tissues cause they will be the same. Eventually you need to start thinking about not screwing the customer and worry less about your stock holders.
