This product is great for my constant allergies where i have to blow my nose. When I use the basic tissues i end up with a sore nose that burns like crazy. With the lotion I do not get the sores and my nose feels soft. For the extra price you are way better of getting these puffs plus lotion.

We've been loyal Puffs users for years. We used to leave the boxes out uncovered on the counters because of their attractive designs. For the last couple of years the box "swatches" have gone way down hill. We thought perhaps our local store got a special price break on the "ugly" designs until I got into your web site & saw that those were the only ones available. We also feel the quality has gone downhill, making Puffs a poor value compared to its competition. We have an old mini pack of Ultra Soft & Strong & compared it directly to tissues from a new box & we could tell the difference in textures. Unfortunately, we'll be trying Kleenex brand next time.

We have purchased Puffs Plus Lotion for years even though they are more expensive. The last bundle I purchased, the tissues are much thinner than previously. While I'm sure this is a cost cutting measure, the thickness and softness is why people buy them. You've completely lost your competitive advantage. There is no reason to spend the money for these tissues. I'm so disappointed.

Unfortunately, in the last 10-a5 boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion that I have used, about three quarters of the way through, I have to stop and pull the rest of the tissues up. I canot send any UPC codes because that's the part you through away. Also, it is most difficult to read the telephone number on the bottom of the box, partly because it is so tiny, but mostly because it is very difficult to read against the green background.

I have used Puffs Plus (lotion) since they came out. The box design has been getting crazier, the tissue has been reduced in size (noticed that a few years ago when the tissue was too small for the box and you could fit your hand in the side of the box next to the tissues). The tissue feels like sand paper and where is the lotion?? They are also expensive even at the large warehouse stores with coupons. Please return the lotion and softness.

The reason I have bought Puffs with lotion for many years (as opposed to another brand) is that the big box has an opening at the corner (two sides of the box) so you can pull out ONE tissue easily. Unlike most tissue boxes where there's a hole in the top and too many tissues get stuck and come out together! KWIM? Anyway now I can't find this BRILLIANT type of box in any of the stores and so have no reason to keep buying Puffs.

That old saying, "If it ain't broke don't 'fix' it", is so true. I've used Puffs Plus for years. I even looked at the reviews that go back to 2008. I've used it for decades more than that, but even in the last 5 years, the ratings went from "So soothing" to "harsh". Bring back the original product, PLEASE!

What happened to Puffs Plus Lotion? They used to be so soft. Did you forget to put the lotion in? We did a test between Dollar Store Kleenex and Puffs Plus and both my husband and son said no difference at all. I could tell right away when I used them something changed. I paid $1.98 compared to $1.00 at the Dollar Tree.

Seems pretty obvious that the changes to Puffs Plus Lotion are very unwelcome from a loyal customer base. You have several reviews where customers state they would pay more for the old product. That's a no brainier. I too bought nothing but Puffs Plus Lotion...no matter what the cost because the product was superior to anything else out there. Take a lesson from the NEW Coke...bring back the old formula. PLEASE! And publicize it or you will lose all these customers.

I choose this product over and over again because I love the lotion in it. For someone with allergies, I use them often. My one complaint is that they are not as soft as they used to be. It’s been a long time since they changed, but I never knew how to let the company know until now.
