I have allergies and tend to get colds a lot. I can go through a box of tissues a week when either kicks in. For years I have used only Puffs with lotion. I am so loyal, I practically refuse to use anything else. No other tissue is strong enough or soft enough for my liking. However, the last three boxes I bought all have problems. The tissues are not "stacked" or cut correctly, and about every third or fourth tissue is wadded up like one of those fans that people carry around to fan themselves in the summer. And, it seems that these tissues are not as "lotion-y" as ones I've had in the past. I keep thinking that the mistakes were just that, mistakes, but as I work through all three boxes, they just keep disappointing me. I find it hard to grab the tissues out of the box, which is a small thing, but very noticeable when one has a sneeze coming. Also, now that I'm noticing they seem to have less lotion, I'm wondering if I should continue paying a premium for these. I will probably give Puffs another chance when I work through this batch, but the problems are not just one box.

I am a loyal Puffs Kleenex user, both with lotion and basic...suddenly, the last 3 boxes I just purchased are obviously not even close to the level of quality I've always experienced...they are thinner and not nearly as soft...this has occurred over the last 4 weeks or so. I still have puffs from my previous purchase, and when I compare them to the ones I just bought they are definitely different....I even separated the double sheet, thinking it was just my imagination, but when I compare the old ones to the ones I just bought, there is a definate difference! The new ones are visibly thinner...almost transparent when separated, and definitely less soft...I'm so disappointed that I am ready to change brands...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just in time for runny nose season! I consider it a little bit of a luxury because toilet paper has served the purpose in the past, BUT after trying this I realize the benefit of protecting the skin with a softer, gentler wipe.

I have been a customer for several years of Puffs with lotion, it is the only tissue for me and my family. It is soft and gentle to the skin and you and tell right away when some hands you any other type. For the price you just can not beat Puffs and the product is just outstanding.

I am sitting here with box 1 of 8. The box does not say +Vicks. It says Puffs Plus Lotion. I don't know what I am going to do with all of them. I hate the smell of Vicks. Do you sell your seconds to Walmart? I've been wondering about a couple of other products with poor quality. I've always preferred Puffs to Kleenex. This makes me rethink that decision.

I was an avid user and lover of Puffs Plus with Lotion. Nothing worked better on keeping my nose soft and soothed during a cold HOWEVER, Puffs lately have been HORRIBLE!!! Where is the lotion?? Where is the softness?? These new Puffs are itchy and scratchy and feel worse than a regular cheap tissue. I am SO disappointed with the quality of Puffs with Lotion lately. These are NOT the Puffs I've come to know and and love. These new Puffs are total garbage. I'm sitting here sick as I type this and my poor nose is red raw and dry from using Puffs. Terrible. Hey Puffs..................go back to your original Puffs with Lotion formula. These new one are the WORST!

I have used Puffs Plus with Lotion for many years, but no more. I just bought a multi-box package and was horrified to find out that they now have a scent that smells just like cheap laundry detergent! It actually makes me sneeze! To add insult to injury, after always being the softest option, they now scratch my face. PLEASE bring back the old Puffs.

This is a soft, non-drying tissue that doesn't raw your nose when you're in a situation where you're using them almost non-stop. We have a stock in the house so we're sure to have them when they're needed.

I remember using Puff Plus with lotion to help with the chapped raw nose after a bad cold. I just came down with a bad cold and sent my spouse out to buy some Puffs plus to save my nose. I seriously want to know what happened? They used to be almost greasy, but now, they are nothing. My nose is completely raw and the plus was nowhere to be found. Bring back the grease! Sincerely- my nose.
