I used to love this product. With year-round allergies, I need a soft tissue. Recently, however, I have noticed that this product has gone from very good to inferior. With the last several boxes, I get down to the bottom fourth of the box, and suddenly the tissues are more like sandpaper. The weave isn't even the same. Looks like I'm going to have to go back to Kleenex.

I used to never buy these because they were more money than the cheap generic ones but I got really sick one year and gave these a shot. they are absolutely amazing and it's all I get now. I actually buy them by the case to save a little bit of money and keep them on hand.

I have used and boasted about Puffs Plus for over 10 years. The original lotion formula was great and my nose said so. Then the formula changed and it wasn't as good but still better than nothing. NOW, the box says stronger and the tissue says thinner. I need twice as many. Time to move on for this consumer.

After teaching for almost 10 years, my immune system has become super-charged and it has been a long time since I required tissues to help with illness induced runny nose. Unfortunately I succumbed to the dreaded summer cold and made a special trip to the drugstore with my young baby to pick up the tissues I knew would save my poor sore nose. Sadly the Puffs Plus Lotion I got are NOT what I remember - in fact they are barely softer than the store brand tissues that tore my nose up in the first place. I am so sad :(

i have been using them for years I really like how my nose feels, its not sore and red like when I use other tissue. its funny when I have guest stay over my boxes of puffs seem to disappear, I have converted many friends to using them, thank you for your product..

I love these. My favorite part of all is probably all of the designs they come in. They are so cute and colorful! I love how soft they are, and they never rip like other brands do. I also like how they aren’t so powdery. Some are super powdery and have a lot of stuff coming off of them.

Not sure what happened to the puffs with lotion but the quality has definitely declined in the last year. Errors in each sheet in a package of 4 cubes. Not as soft as in previous boxes. Customer since 2014. Suggest changing and combining puffs ultra soft with lotion. That would be soothing, soft and strong.

Only someone who lives in the great state of Mississippi could understand the profound nature of the allergens we have here. Tissues are a must, but Puff's Plus with Lotion are the only kind you should buy. They pamper even the sorest nose and, gross but true, they are super strong to withstand even the most explosive sneezes! Thank you to @Influenster for including a complimentary pack in my #TLCVoxBox for me to test! I will continue to use them year round as our allergy season NEVER ends! I received Puffs plus Lotion from a Voxbox via Influenster.com for free and this is my experience: I like that there is a to go package available in this variety of puffs. It is more convenient that bringing a whole box with me in my purse. There's a nice thick opening/resealing piece of plastic that seems to make the packaging last longer, unlike many other varieties that I have used in this size. The smell is nice and there is not a noticeable amount of 'residue' that comes off of the tissue. All in all this is a great product.
