I love puffs plus with lotion BUT, what did you do to them??????? There is no lotion like before..... I am so sad. It was a comfort to know that even though i was miserable with a cold at LEAST i wasn't tearing up my nose and surrounding area. I have brought my girls up on puffs but now where not so sure these households will continue to purchase this product. Just so you know i did purchase more than one time thinking that i maybe just got a bad batch.............unfortunately not the case.

In addition to the velvety soft touch of Puffs with Lotion, I appreciate the French phrases on the box translating the different English messages. Woefully, recently purchased boxes do not have the French. Please bring back this playful, unique and instructional feature! Thank you.

I have been a faithful user of Puffs Plus for my always runny nose for at least 20 years. No longer. For the past two years quality and softness have been declining. And now, they are very rough and there is no lotion in any of the sheets. I have now switched to a different brand altogether. Too bad.

I am a descendant of Puffs Plus lovers. However, in the last 5 or so multi-packs the bottom quarter to half of the box, the tissues are rough, have perforation marks & totally not "Puffs Plus" quality. I have been meaning to write for a long time, & today just pushed me to the PC to ask P&G "What is going on?" Enough is enough!!! If there was a manufacturing error/imperfection, it should have been corrected before now. I would hope! But in today's Puffs Plus box @ almost the half way point, I hit a rough tissue. So, it is getting worse instead of better. I would like to be compensated, please. I'd rather stay with Puffs Plus than go over to another brand. ~~ When I visited my Mom, bringing her lunch & a box of tissues to replenish her stash, my mother threw that box of "Other" tissues at me from her dying hospital bed, saying, " These are not my "Puffs Plus!" Well, I went back to the store & purchased her "Puffs Plus" & I switched on that day to Puffs Plus & that is over 14 years ago. I go through 2 boxes a week. I have a box in my kitchen , living room, bathroom & bedroom. I pay to receive the best, I expect the best. Do not continue to disappoint your loving devoted consumers. I love the new colors on the packages. Maybe you could offer a multi-pack with all one color/shade? Thank you for listening.

I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for years. I never buy anything else. The tissues are the softest and strongest on the market, but please please please put them in a more stylish package! The daisies were bad enough, but the latest boxes are even worse. They have gone from ugly to uglier.

Thanks to @Influenster, I was able to try the Puffs To Go Plus Lotion. I am in Alaska and the Cottonwood trees are shedding. It looks like snow! What does this mean? Almost everyone is sneezing. I am glad I have this handy little pack of Puffs in my pocket. They are so soft. I like the lotion and the fact that they are not oily feeling. The packet is not too bulky and fits well in my pocket without all the tissues getting crumpled. I need to get some full-size boxes of these tissues for my home and office now. I may have been converted from another brand! #PassthepuffsPuffs

I don't know what happened to Puffs Plus Lotion, but they are not soft anymore. I have had a cold for several days and needed tissues with lotion. I ran to the store just for this purpose and bought two boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion. I was shocked when I opened the first box. They were so rough. Where is the lotion? My nose is sore and I really needed a good, soft tissue. I am highly disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this sample arrived in my mailbox, I was so happy! I've been recently sick and that included a runny red nose. Puffs tissues with lotion were so gentle and the touch of lotion helped my nose be less dry and irritated.

I have lovely memories of when Puffs Plus Lotion first came on the market. The tissues actually had a slightly oily feel but if I used only Puffs Plus from the time I first came down with a cold, I wouldn't have a sore nose, no redness, no chapping or flaking. I don't know what's changed but you no longer feel the lotion and judging by the aligator-like red skin surrounding my poor nose after using nothing but Puffs Plus for a week, I'm very very disappointed. I'd pay double to get the original Puffs Plus again.
