I received the Puffs to Go Plus Lotion in my #TLCVoxBox from @Influenster for testing purposes. And I have to say, I really do like the tissue for seasonal allergies. They are so soft and gentle on my nose (which gets a work out this time of year). I'd say the only reason I don't give this 5 stars is due to the lotion. I wear glasses, so I generally want tissues that are lotion free so I can wipe a smudge off them--these add smudges, unfortunately. Leaving that aside, the tissue does its job quite well and I would definitely buy the lotion free version. I have been using Puffs w/lotion since it first came on the market. With year-round nasal allergies, as well as chronic sinus problems, I was more than ready for this product. Unfortunately, I have been disturbed to find on more than one ocassion that the lotion hasn't made it onto all the tissues in the box, and I am thus subjected to the roughness I was hoping I'd finally been done with. If the lotion covers all the tissues in the box, however, you won't find a more nose-friendly tissue!

The last couple of times I bought Puffs with lotion I have been disappointed. They used to be very "puffy" and soft. Now it feels like they changed, they seem a little more rough, like the cheaper tissues. This has been my feeling for the last couple of times I bought them. Have they been making them differently?

I have used only Puffs for many years. My mother only purchased Puffs also. So that's over 50 years of Puffs for me. I would like to see more box covers in purple. The two previous series of boxes had purples, but there are none in this current series of designs.

Bought a cube of Puffs w/Lotion yesterday to soothe my runny, sneezy Wisconsin cold nose. What a disappointment! Where's the softness? Where's the lotiony feel? I believe that I could've bought a store brand of tissue for a lesser price and received equal quality.

Received a purse pack of your Puffs plus lotion courtesy of Influenster in my JollyVoxBox and I love them. The purse pack is so cute without being overly girly just my style and they are so soft not making your nose or face completely raw and red. Will definitely get a bigger box of them for my home and more purse packs to keep with me.

Management I hope that you read these reviews because it is apparent to me there are many people who are as disappointed as I am. What has happened to my "used to be" favorite tissue??? I know that manufacturers are trying to continue making money so are decreasing size but you've gone just a bit too far. You've not only gone small, in some cases bigger is better, you have taken out the lotion. I would rather spend more for the same product. So I will be buying the store brand from now on. If I am not getting quality at the same cost I will buy cheaper to save myself some money. GOOD BYE PUFFS I REALLY DO MISS THE OLD PUFFS

I was so relieved to read that others have written the same as me - Puffs Plus just isn't as good anymore! I used to swear by these tissues as they kept my nose soft and smooth despite my very frequent nose blowing. Over the last few purchases, I cannot tell the difference between regular NON lotion tissues and the Puffs Plus! In fact, I have for the first time gotten an extremely bad dry skin rash next to my nose from the frequent blowing, despite using these tissues! PLEASE GO BACK TO ORIGINAL FORMULA!

Puffs are wonderful the take care of my nose and does not make my nose red and hurting.Vick ones are really great for a cold really bad .They help with breathing and smells really good.Puffs all the time for winter in Michigan. Thanks for a great product.

Well, Puffs were the only thing that were used at our house. For years, PUFFS. NO more!!!! WHAT on earth on you guys doing at P&G? Whoever redesigned the packaging -- it's awful. But that is minor compared to the AWFUL product. First, you reduced the quantity of tissues. That shows your company character. Then you reduced your quantity (REDUNDANT) AND changed your product. Now, I must ask myself: WHY would anybody want a scratchy product? I can by really cheap store brands and get better quality. LOTIION seems to have disappeared for such an inferior product that it doesn't even resemble the old PUFFs. For us in this house: when in doubt -- do NOT buy PUFFs or PUFFs with Lotion. So sad.
