I honestly never write internet reviews on products but I just had to for Puffs plus lotion. I have had a cold for going on a week now and have gone through at least 3 boxes of puffs plus lotion. My nose and lip are not chapped or raw or sore from blowing my nose. Normally after half a day of blowing my nose I can't bear to bring a tissue to it. With puffs plus lotion I have no problems blowing my nose. It's that small hint of lotion in there which makes everything better. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone. It's worth the extra pennies in the store.

I have been buying puffs with lotion since they first came out, I thought they were great. I've noticed as of late that the boxes are getting smaller. The prices are getting higher and I'd like to know what happened to the lotion? I guess it's time to change brands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your Puffs Plus used to be a quality product but has declined significantly. They are no longer strong and they do not have the lotion distributed evenly. Also, they have white flakes that fall out when you shake them. I have been a loyal, long time user but am moving over to Kleenex this week.

I could do a commercial for puffs plus. I won't use any other brand. Every time I find a product that I like, they either change or discontinue it. I would buy the boxes of puff plus that matched the room I was putting them in, and now I can't get the color I want anymore. They stopped making purple and now you have to buy them in packs of 3's, which are not the colors that I want. However I'm not changing to another brand cause they are the best tissues!

Wow o wow. I was amazed at this tissue. I will admit at first I did not think this tissue would be great but I was mistaken. I love it & will never switch back. I get a runny nose due to allergies a lot. I used to get a raw nose fast with my old tissue. With this tissue I do not. Love it. A fantastic product! This is my go to tissue! The lotion is subtle but perfect for my allergy ridden house hold!! I have these with me always when we're on the go, and a box in just about every room in the house. We've tried all the brands and we prefer Puffs! We wouldn't be without these!

Puffs with lotion is the softest tissue on the market. It is durable and non irritating. Unfortunately the large boxes are never on the shelves these days and since they cost more then other brands I need to buy the size with lowest price per tissue which is the big boxes. I am still willing to pay more because they are better but only for the large boxes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked it. One does not realize how many do not carry tissue with them until you are on the city bus and people are using their clothing and hands to wipe their nose. Boy did this sample come in handy I tell you! The tissue is soft and doesn't turn your nose Rudolph red. I did have to remind myself not to use it on my glasses but I shouldn't be doing that anyway!

Wow, I just read some of the reviews on this site and I'm wondering how many more negative reviews need to be posted before you get the idea that people are unhappy with your new product and its appearance? Like others, I want my box of tissues to blend into my room, NOT stick out. It's not part of my decor. This is the point where Kleenex boxes are looking really good to me even though their tissues are inferior. I also agree with others, the lotion in the tissues isn't noticable at all. After 30 yrs, if changes aren't made, you've lost a customer here too.

I have used puffs plus for many years when have that cold and they have been wonderful,but with this cold have tried three different boxes of puffs plus and where is the soft lotion feeling. I even cleaned a window to see if it would smear. It didn't. I want the original puffs plus back.
