I have been a loyal Puffs Plus buyer for many years. I am just very disappointed in the new box designs. I prefer the daisy design over all of them. the new designs do not look attractive with my home decore. I would be nice if you would bring back the others, or even have both the new and old.

I love Puffs Plus. I have noticed they have changed and I too would like the "original" version back. They are still the only tissue I buy for our family, car, and traveling. But could we please get some attractive boxes? They are honestly the ugliest tissue boxes on the market. Plain colors would be better than any of the designs over the past few years.

The Puff's Plus Lotion tissues are a must have for when you have a cold/runny nose.  Constantly blowing your nose takes a toll on your nose it feels like it's raw after while. The added lotion really helps plus it's thicker than others. I highly recommend.

I have bought 2 of these, thinking that the first was just a box issue, but the second one was the same. You struggle to take out the first one, I end up taking out at least 3 to 5. How is that getting more when the package is too tight. Too many are shoved into one box that it makes it really hard to take out the first one, you rip it out.

I received a "to go" size version of the Puffs Plus Lotion from @Influenster for testing and review purposes at exactly the right time. I've have a runny nose and been sneezing like crazy because of all the pollen in my area so I really like the convenience of being able to toss the tissues in my purse instead of keeping a big box in my car. The lotion is also very soothing and has kept the area between my nose and upper lip from getting as chapped as usual when I have allergy issues or a cold. Will definitely be keeping these tissues in stock. #PassthePuffs

Like almost everyone else that has used this product for awhile, this product has gone through a SERIOUS change in the last number of months! I bought a three-pack expecting the same Puffs Plus that I love but instead was faced with scratchy, sandpaper-y tissues that were anything BUT soft. I was so confused I even went back to the grocery store and opened other product to make sure I hadn't bought a bad box. I don't know what is going on with the manufacturer but something needs to be done. I will no longer be buying Puffs anymore which is sad, because I really loved the product and the fun box designs. My friend buys Kleenex for her house and I her tissues are much, much softer, so I will be switching to Kleenex brand from now on. Seems you have lost a lot of customers over this cut in quality in a seeming effort to save a few pennies per box of tissue.

I've used the Puffs ever since they started putting lotion in it, but the last 24 boxes I've bought have not had the usual amount of lotion and does not protect the nose as well. Please check quality in production. Also would like to suggest a better design on boxes. Daisys are too over-rated. Don't mix box colors in multi-packs - would prefer to pick color for individual room decor. Soft and bold colors with tone on tone background. Think outside the box.

Puffs plus is the only tissue I can use. Clinex has actually changed the composition of the fibers of the tissue because of the tissue so when I use it I sneeze even more and get more of a runny nose but puffs plus is the only tissue that I do not have a reaction to plus if I'm using it a lot it does not make my nose red dry and Chaffee the only go to brand that I will use Puffs Plus Lotion
