These are my favorite tissues as they never irritate my already annoyed nose. They are so soft and they are almost comforting when you place them on your stuffed or runny nose! Overall j would recommend this product if you are looking for tissues that irritate the skin less!

i have been using them for years I really like how my nose feels, its not sore and red like when I use other tissue. its funny when I have guest stay over my boxes of puffs seem to disappear, I have converted many friends to using them, thank you for your product..

I've used this product for many years and never had a problem. Lately though the boxes I've bought seem to be defective. The product starts out soft but halfway through the box it starts to feel like sandpaper. Seems like the lotion hasn't been applied to the product.

Been using Puffs Plus for years. Of late we’ve gotten boxes that have, for lack of a more refined word, ratty tissues in them. Holes, separations, fuzz, etc. This is certainly uncharacteristic of the product. Will continue to use the product as it’s the best on the market. Hawkeye

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lotion in the product makes the tissue very soft. I have seasonal allergies and appreciate a good tissue when constantly having to wipe my nose. The lotion also helps to alleviate the redness and irritation.

This product is no longer a quality product. I understand profits. Why not just raise the price and leave the product alone. At least I would have a choice. I tried to call your 800 number as you suggested in other reviews. There was no option to speak to a rep.

I have only used Puffs for the past 30 yrs. They used to be great. One tissue was all you needed. Now you need at least 2 if not 3. Very disappointed with them. I just can't believe the difference in the quality. I won't buy them again unless they make them like they used to.

I have used Puffs Plus for many, many years and do love the product ... however, the boxes are absolutely horrible. What happened to tasteful colors that blend into the surroundings ... you really need to come up with better boxes ... I have also noticed that there will be an occasional tissue or two that is a totally different texture ... like very rough... what's up with that?

I thought maybe it was my imagination that Puffs with lotion seemed so thin and rough and lotion-less. Then I found an old box in the back of my closet and now I know for sure that it is not my imagination. The old Puffs with lotion were thick and lovely and creamy on my sore nose and they smelled so nice. These new ones cost more and are worth less. At least now I no longer have to pay top dollar and get ugly boxes - cause any old tissue will work the same as Puffs so I'll go with cheap or pretty. I'm so disappointed. I miss my old Puffs
