I have never been so upset and disappointed in a product I have used ans loved before. I have used the Puffs Plus Lotion ever since they came out. But this time I eneded up with the worst box of tissue every. I purchased a large 4 pack. Every single on was rough and scratching with not a drop of lotions. Like sandpaper. If Puffs reads this the SKU is 3700039346

I have bought Puffs PLUS for years. However, within the last six months the tissues have changed. The tissues are no better than the cheap brands. Please bring back the original formula and manufacturing process. I will have to change to another brand if the tissues do not return to original quality.

Recently my 4 year granddaughter's nose was red and chafed after using Puffs with lotion. She always liked Grandma's tissues cause they were soft. I tried them myself, and wow, was I surprised. I've always used Puffs with lotion, but I will be using Kleenex brand or a soft toilet tissue for colds from now on.

Most of my life everytime I have a cold I have made sure I had these on hand exclusively. I recently came down with a cold and bought a box. Immediately upon bringing a tissue to my nose it felt like just normal tissue. Rough and not soft at all. Shrinkflation got Puffs with Lotion. Definitely not as good, soft or soothing. Still better than others but it’s not what it used to be

I have purchased Puffs Plus w/ Lotion ever since it first came on the market. My last few 8 pk cubes have not been soft and also don’t feel like they have any lotion. It’s like blowing into a cheap regular tissue. I pay more for Puffs because I trusted the brand but once I am done with my stock I will be trying out other brands. Also, before this scratchy tissue surfaced the plastic on the top of the smaller cubes was always coming out after the first pull. I am really disappointed. This use to be a 5 out of 5 star product and now it’s just awful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They must have been two ply because mine weren't stuck together very well and I though maybe they were just really thin. They did absorb nice though when I realized what I thought was two was actually one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best tissue hands down!! When you have allergies or a cold and are constantly blowing your nose, Puffs Plus Lotion feels nice and smooth on your nose. It's not greasy feeling and doesn't make your nose even redder!!

And the change has not been for the better. I agree with the other reviewers that notice the change. There is either not the same amount of lotion in each tissue or the lotion has been changed. Puffs with lotion has been the only tissue that I've purchased for years. I've always known that I could count on having a soft, supple, lotioned tissue when I needed it. Unfortunately that has changed and I may have to consider using another brand.

These are the best tissues ever! I love them so much that I refuse to buy any other kind. It's so nice in the winter not to have a sore nose from using too many tissues. These have just enough softness and lotion in them to prevent chapping...what can I say, they are just great!

About 2 weeks ago my husband, my 2 year old daughter, and I all three came down with a cold. We had been using cheap store brand tissues but after one day of raw noses, I demanded that we go back to the store for something better. We got the Puffs plus Lotion in the three pack box and I am so glad that we did! With each of us blowing our noses 15+ times during this cold, our noses have yet to get chapped again since using the Puffs Plus with Lotion. They will forever be my go-to tissues but especially during cold season! They are so soft and easy on our sensitive skin.
