These tissues are my go to tissues on the go due to my seasonal allergies and flu/cold season. They keep my families noses soft and supple no matter how many tissues used to do the job. Would be lost without this product. @Influenster #Passthepuffs #contest

This facial tissue works well especially on sore noses. Yes, their tag line is accurate. This tissue can hold up to even intense use without much irritation because it still is a paper product after all, can't expect cloth level performance. It is close.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bad allergies, and am constantly using tissue...which normally leads to a Rudolph nose. Using this product is great because it's gentle and plushy and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. No red nose is definitely a good thing!

Then I received these Puffs tissues in the mail and was so happy! They are super soft, absorbent, and left my nose feeling clean rather than achy. Great product I would recommend to anyone!

We have been purchasing only Puffs plus since it came on the market. We would never consider any other type of tissue. Similar to the other responses we thought we had purchased a bad batch. Sadly, no. It is now a different and much inferior product. In our minds and it has gone from the best tissue product to one of the worst. The worst considering the price point. Kleenix brand has a new "cool touch" product with lotion that has the potential to take over the "lotion infused" tissue market. I would suggest that you take all of these reviews and dramatically alter your product/marketing efforts very soon. The product is now a "pig" and there is no way you will maintain your loyal customers with marketing "lipstick" like "Plus Lotion Our Most Soothing Tissue".

I have been a frequent user of Puffs Plus in the past years. I just bought 3 new bowes labeled Puffs Plus Lotion. They will be my last. Way too rough, and no sign of the lotion it had in the past! Unacceptable. How do I get refunded for the $8.03 I paid at the store, and the Gas spent to get there & back? They are unusable to me! I was counting on this tissue. I will have to get Kleenex with aloe & vitamin E

Love your tissues but would love them better if the large packages that I buy in Costco and Walmart would be similar in colour or theme. I find that I get several colour or design boxes that I don't like to use and have to save an old box to fill with new tissues. Some could be kids or nursery theme, some could be similar decorator colours or some could be a bathroom theme.

I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for many years. They were far superior to any other tissue I have used. I say "were". I have been very disappointed in whatever changes have been made to this product. They are thin and have very little lotion. I have a box in my car (an old box) and the comparison between the tissues in that box and the new boxes shows a huge difference in quality. I guess I'm on the hunt for a new favorite tissue as I will not continue to purchase this product. It's a shame. They were superior to all others.

Well, Puffs were the only thing that were used at our house. For years, PUFFS. NO more!!!! WHAT on earth on you guys doing at P&G? Whoever redesigned the packaging -- it's awful. But that is minor compared to the AWFUL product. First, you reduced the quantity of tissues. That shows your company character. Then you reduced your quantity (REDUNDANT) AND changed your product. Now, I must ask myself: WHY would anybody want a scratchy product? I can by really cheap store brands and get better quality. LOTIION seems to have disappeared for such an inferior product that it doesn't even resemble the old PUFFs. For us in this house: when in doubt -- do NOT buy PUFFs or PUFFs with Lotion. So sad.

This product is far and above any other. I was given a sample pack a long time ago when it first cam out. It was the only tissue when you need it that does not leave your nose raw and red. It feels great. The tissue is strong. The only bad thing that I could possibly say about it is that it does not work well to clean your glasses.
