I ALWAYS buy Puffs, but have noticed that the tissues are NOT what they once were. Not as soft. When I have a cold, I buy Puffs with lotion. Well, I have a cold, but WHERE IS THE LOTION ? I can see no difference at all ! What did you do to my Puffs ? I would be better off to save my money & buy the cheap ones. You need to service your customers...NOT your wallet. We pay good money for what we think is a good product. I am very disappointed. Please put the lotion back in the tissues...like the box says...Puffs "WITH" Lotion. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use facial tissue to clean my glasses. While they feel great, Puffs Plus leave streaks on my glasses. This is not a reflection of the quality of the product, but byproduct of my misuse of this particular, high-quality product.

These have changed and are now scratchy and painful when you have a sore nose! I couldn’t believe it, I bought these because I had a cold and my nose was getting so sore. They felt like sandpaper on my poor, red nose. I’ll never buy them again. They are not how they used to be!

I have used Puffs Plus for many years & think it's great. But, I think the box designs lately are really unattractive! I know you can't come up with designs/patterns/colors to suit everyone and I will continue to use Puffs Plus but prettier boxes would be nice.

Growing up we always had puffs at home. Never really gave it much thought, tissues were tissues to me. After married and had our own family pretty much used any tissue, not giving it any thought. Several mounths ago was visiting a family member and used what tissue she had and realized wow great tissue this is. Checked box and it was puffs. came home and bought all puffs for all rooms I have tissues in. They are soft and the best part they are strong. They don't fall apart in you hand after the first blow. quality is far better than any other brand. Really happy to have rediscovered Puffs again.

PLEASE go back to the old tissue and boxes. I use the square boxes in every room of the house (5 bedrms., 4 baths, on our 2 desks, and next to our chairs in den). I use the ones w/ lotion and find that lately the tissue appears to be not as strong. I really take issue with the containers. The new ones are horrible. The old ones came in such attractive colors that I was able to match them to the decor in every room. I don't know why you made changes in a good product, but PLEASE go back to the old ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very soft and durable. Keeps your nose and area around it from getting chafed or dry at all. Usually from most tissue with excessive use you get at least a little dryness or discomfort, but not with Puffs plus lotion.

The only brand of facial tissues I would ever use is puffs, they were so soft, even with a cold they were soft on the nose, not anymore, they are like sandpaper. I guess they were affected like everything else CUTBACK. Will not buy again after all these years. Its like there is no lotion in them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually had a cold when I used this product. I liked that it was not stiff and was very soft to my nose. I had no chapping at all. I especially liked the packet size. It was very convenient to slip into my purse.

I remember having the flu in years past and getting a box of Puffs with lotion. It actually soothed your nose when you used a tissue. I used this product for one day and I literally have a scab on my nose from it being rubbed raw. This is definitely not the product I remember and I really don't think there is ANY lotion in the tissues at all. Wasted money in my opinion and I will NOT buy this product again.
