The big boxes worked great but the cubes are terrible when trying to take out the first few tissues. You can spend 10 minutes trying to get one at time or just take 15 the first time you use the box. Terrible manufacturing issue.

Interesting how Sam's upped the price and cut the product...the product went from 1320 sheets to 864 sheets, the label makes it appear that you are getting "50% more sheets and more lotion" about 1/3 less product!!!

I recived puffs plus lotion with my #jollyvoxbox from @influenstervox and I love them! They are so soft! I have used puffs in the past but have never tried them with the lotion. I have a new favorite! They do not leave my nose all dry and red like other brands. This is the season my family usually gets runny red noses but with puffs plus with lotion I have a feeling that will not be the case!

I have purchased Puffs Plus Lotion for years and was happy to pay the premium price to get a soft tissue that did not irritate me when I needed them most. Sadly, I will be switching. I noticed that the tissues are thinner, rougher, and feel like they have little or no lotion. I went online to investigate and see that others share the same opinion. If Puffs goes back to their formulation, please let me know.

Puffs with a hint of VIcks is ideal for winter colds. The scent helps clear up the sinuses. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!I live in a small town and my local grocer can't get them, so I have to travel to a larger city. I wish they were available everywhere!

It seems they've cut back on the lotion recently. They aren't as nose soothing or soft as they once were. As I have allergies use a lot of tissues this is important Also I wish they'd make the packages in something that is less garish. All the boxes look like they belong in a nursery school rather than in my living room.

I agree with the lady who complained about your downsizing. I still had some boxes left from the last time I shopped, and just got a new box out and I wash shocked and could not believe how much smaller you have made the tissues. I got my daughter using PUFFS and that's what she buys now too, and I took a box next door and showed her how you have downgraded the tissue. I would rather pay more for them, than to have them made smaller and thinner. You didn't even ask customers their opinion, you just went ahead and did this to a wonderful product. I have always loved PUFFS, and last year I was sick with a bad sinus infection for 3 weeks, and I went thru 4 boxes of your bigger PUFFS. I would have to use 8 boxes if I were to be that sick again. They are definitely not as thick as they were, which is why I used to buy them and they are too small. They do not hold up in use like the old ones. PLEASE, go back to the bigger thicker tissues. I do not want to change brands, but I may have to.

This review is dated 01/15/19. The tissue is not as soft as it used to be, leading me to believe there is less lotion in the tissue. I have been a loyal customer since the inception of this product. However, I cannot recommend this tissue over any other now. First, the company shortened the length of the tissue, but used the same size box to sell the tissue. Have you noticed that 4 tissues are always folded up in the bottom? Same size box, less count/amount of tissue. Sneaky ways to convince us that the product hasn't changed.

WHY DOES SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT CONTINUE TO HAVE SUCH UGLY, OUTDATED PACKAGING?!? I CRINGE WHEN BUYING A CLUB PACK BECAUSE THE BOX DESIGNS ARE AWFUL! WHY NOT OFFER SOME MORE NEUTRAL, SOLID COLORS TO MATCH TODAY'S INTERIOR DESIGN COLORS OR STRIPES OR DOTS THAT ARE IN COLORS FOUND IN TODAY'S HOMES? THE FLOWER DESIGNS HAVE TO GO!!! I'M NOT WILLING TO USE A COVER OVER THE BOXES OF TISSUES TO HIDE THE DESIGNS, BUT I HATE THE BOXES THEMSELVES AND I'M UNHAPPY TO USE THESE DESIGNS IN MY HOME>

I have been buying Puffs with Lotion for years, and just recently I am very disappointed with the product. The amount of lotion is negligible. I have to assume that P&G has cut back on quality due to the economy. Unfortunately, that means I find another brand who hasn't compromised their product.
