I have used Puffs Plus with Lotion exclusively for over 15 years. They were thicker, softer and more lotion-ey then any other brand. Even though they were the most expensive option it was worth it to not suffer with a sore nose. I am so disappointed to see the quality change. I understand to save money companies need to occasionally lower the quantity they provide in a package. The quality shouldn't suffer though! The quality is what makes people loyal to your product! I don't agree that your changes made this product "more flexible and softer". The tissues in my boxes are rough, aren't cut right (they stick together at the ends), feel thinner, don't protect my families noses and BREAK apart! Not ideal when blowing your nose, or wiping certain areas of the body. I experimented and bought a competitors brand the other day and found that they were better and so much less expensive! Why should I stick with Puffs? I'm staying away from Puffs brand until they bring the old style tissues back.

I even convertated my husband that said oh...just buy anything..well finally he was only using MY Puiffs! He said he Never realized there really is a difference! Thanks Puffs for making such wonderful products like this that truely do make a difference in our lives.

What happend, I always bought puffs plus to sooth my nose when I had a cold. The box I bought this time has no lotion!!!!! I am sick at home and cannot get out to get another box. Is this a defect or are you putting less in. I always counted on the lotion, whats is up. i am mad. and my nose is red. Help!!!!!!

Puffs Plus with Lotion have always been my tissue of choice for my delicate nose... So I am really happy about the handy, fits perfectly in my purse, carrying it everywhere pack that I received to try as part of my Influenster Jolly Vox Box. The cute packaging makes me smile when my allergies start acting up and the soft and strong tissues with lotion make my nose happy.

I have had severe hay fever all my life - this tissue was the only thing that saved my nose. I have noticed a change in the feel and softness and thickness of the tissue , it is now more like a Kleenex tissue - which have always been horrendous, I thought about switching to Kleenex lotion - tried it; still bad. Very disappointed you felt the need to change it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad I got to try these. With cold season in full swing everyone has a case of the sniffles. This has allowed me to keep those runny noses at bay. Plus it's awesome as it is very soft and does not irritate skin after too much use.

I have been a user of Puffs my entire life. Over the past year or longer the quality has deteriorated so much that I am buying a different brand. The size of the tissues has become much smaller and the quality is VERY POOR! The box designs have become totally awful. Who could match any of the boxes to any decor? What happened to quality products? Puffs has let the quality of their product go to the dogs! I would not recommend them to my enemies.

I have been using Puffs Plus for a long time. This last box has a pronounced smell of Vicks. The box is labeled Puffs plus Lotion. If I wanted tissues that smelled like Vicks I would have purchased that product. Perhaps you should review your quality control procedures.

Normally this would be a five star review. The quality has dropped significantly. It could just be this 4/pk but without a way to talk…The plys are not staying together. If you mistakenly use the ‘inside’, it feels like a Brillo pad!!I really hope the next four/pk is better.
