[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Puffs Plus Lotion is so soothing when you have a cold and you having been blowing and wiping your nose for days. This product arrived a couple of days after I came down with a cold and had been using another brand - how nice to have something so soft.

What happened to the lotion? When I first started buying PP, I could actually feel the lotion on my fingers! They really made a difference for my nose if I was constantly blowing it with a cold. Now?? I might as well be using the cheapest one-ply roll of toilet paper I can find! My nose is so sore and dry! It's honestly as if there is no lotion at all! Please, whatever change you made...change it back!

Just got the Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong To Go Tissue Pack in my Influenster #JollyVoxBox and I must say, I love these tissues. With the cold season in full effect here in St. Louis these came in great use for my running nose. They are soft and soothing to make it feel as if my cold is going right away. I love it. And they are great drop in any bag and take with me wherever I go. Thanks for the Tissues Puffs! I love them!

I have sworn by Puffs Plus for years, however I recently purchased a new box and am completely disappointed in the product. I assume there was some sort of change in the formulation of the product, because what once was a thick, luxurious facial tissue now is a thin, paper-like product with no soft, soothing lotion feel. I see there were similar sentiments felt by other reviewers, so I hope P&G listens and goes back to the previous product, because these new tissues are no different than the off-brand tissues my company provides to us in the bathroom at work.

I have used Puffs Plus with Lotion since I was a little girl living in NJ. My mom bought them for me because I always got bad colds and my nose got soooo raw. Well believe me, I am now a mom of 3 toddlers who all get colds at the same time here in Florida and I always get Puffs Plus with Lotions for them (just like my mom did for me). They call it my "special magic tissues" because they know their sore noses will go away like magic.

Puffs with Vicks are great! The are gentle like regular Puffs, but have the added feature of the scent of Vicks. Vicks is a scent of comfort and home. They are at their best when you have a cold. It reminds one of Mom, a warm cup of tea, and a good book. This is a great addition to regular Puffs ( my wife's favorite .) I wouldn't think of any other tissues. I hope who ever came up with this idea got one heck of a bonus. I am a loyal fan, and recommend them to everyone I know. (sometimes to people I meet in the grocery store!)

I have always purchased puffs plus tissues for years. Something is happening to your product. There is more loose particles on them now than ever before. I don’t know if it’s lint/fuzz/broken up tissues or what. But today I blew my nose not knowing it was there and I accidentally inhaled it. It immediately started closing up my throat. I couldn’t stop coughing and my throat is in a lot of pain.

I have always loved Puffs for the soft touch to my nose, it feels as being touched by a fluffy cloud. I have allergies year round and it is critical that I use a tissue that will not cause more issues with my already sensitive nose. Puffs are so soft that you can use them on your face as well. I often will use one to finish removing makeup.

Please, please, undo whatever you have done to our Puffs Plus. They WERE the best thing that ever happened to tissue, but the last two boxes that we purchased were just plain NO GOOD. Some of the tissues in the box are the kind that we know and love, but scattered throughout the boxes were some that were rough and stiff and just awful. I am entering the lot number in this review in the hope that something happened to your quality control: 0158U0207N, and that it will be corrected quickly. Thank you for listening.

I have been using Puffs Plus for years because they are the strongest and softest. Recently I have noticed that the lotion has disappeared! I loved the greasy lotion that felt like it mosturized the inside of my nose. Im a frequent nose blower and tend to get the dry flakey skin around my nose that is extremely unattractive. I have bought at least 10 boxes for the current cold, thinking that jus the box I bought was low on lotion, but not so. I found an old box in my trunk and it was as soft and greasy as I remember. Whats going on puffs? Its still a strong tissue, but now my nose gets crusty when I get sick!
