While I still think the tissues themselves are fairly good value for the price (I won't buy any other brand), I absolutely cringe whenever I see the designs on the boxes! They don't match anything in anyone's house, so why not go back to some nice soothing patterns and colors? Garish is putting it mildly!

i love this product but i hate the fact that it does not! come in the large size that the regular puffs does. so i have to buy the regular puffs or if kleenex brand is on sale i WILL buy that brand instead even though i like puff's much better. i need the larger size. please please start making puffs lotion in the larger size (at least sell it in brevard county fl). and true there is not as much lotion as there use to be, whats up with that? & why is regular puffs scratchy? i still use it though.

I agree with some of the recent reviewers. I have used this product for years even when I didn't have a cold and swear by the soft feel to it. I bought a 4 pack recently and unfortunately, caught a mild cold. I have 3 boxes open and all are much rougher than normal! I don't think I'll buy this product again if this is the new norm.

Years ago when your competitor cut back on their quality and durability, I switched to Puffs Plus and Ultras. Now, I would use no other. But, I have a few comments- 1) The box designs are UGLY-UGLY! Please keep up with current design colors or motifs. More sophisticated "Martha Stewart" styles would be nice. 2) Of the two designs I would consider using, the stores seldom have that design in stock. 3) The purse/travel packs are impossible to find, have you discontinued? Again, a "pretty" pkg for the purse would be nice. 4) I notice that every other tissue is a lot smaller than the other. Is this for a cost savings effort?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was afraid it would be great for my nose (especially with a cold), but that it would be useless for anything else because of the lotion. I thought it might be too greasy for anything else but that wasn't my experience. It was fine I promise you that if you have a cold or allergies, your nose needs these tissues. They're very gentle of a sore nose!

The last few 8 packs of Puffs plus lotion facial tissues has felt very rough on the nose. It no longer feels like it is infused with lotion. It is also very thin and does not feel like a 2 ply tissue. This is not an isolated quality control issue. We have purchased Puffs plus lotion in different states and also a few months apart so they were not from the same batch. After years of loyally buying only Puffs we will be looking for a different brand.

I am very disappointed in today's Puffs. I have used Puffs ever since they came on the market and they have really gotten worse instead of better. They are no longer soft as they were and forget the Plus. Also I have two boxes now that when you take out the tissue it comes out in 2 pieces. What's up Proctor and Gamble, they say they are made in the USA but I wonder about that.

Bought a cube of Puffs w/Lotion yesterday to soothe my runny, sneezy Wisconsin cold nose. What a disappointment! Where's the softness? Where's the lotiony feel? I believe that I could've bought a store brand of tissue for a lesser price and received equal quality.
