The price went up at least $2 despite much less total sheets, and the quality is also downhill. The previous package had ~1300 total sheets with much better quality. Not Sams' fault, but the manufacturer needs to know that the consumers notice and are not happy with this.

Puffs Plus Lotion is my favorite tissue for two good reasons. The first is it is strong enough when using that it holds up when I blow my nose. The second good reason is that I never get a red irritated nose when using Puffs Plus Lotion. My last comment is that I prefer the 132 count rectangular box over the 72 count cube box. Currently the rectangular box is not available at my store or for ordering online. The cube box is available at my local store and online so I guess I should be grateful for that but you get less tissues for your money.

The tissues are okay. The cube box is not. You waste tissues trying to get them started. You can not take a tissue out of the cube with one hand because the cube will not stay in place when you try to get a tissue out. The cost is too much for the amount of sheets in this non-user-friendly cube box. Puffs w/lotion is still available in the rectangle box. What is the reason the rectangle box is no longer carried but the cube still is? If it is to push the Kleenex or MM version, they are NOT the same as Puffs w/lotion. Please add the rectangle box of Puffs w/lotion back at least to be available online, as is the case with many products Sam's Club sells.

I have only ever been able to use soft tissues for my sensitive nose. I didn't trust the recent reviews so I ordered them anyway because I've been buying puffs plus lotion for over 10 years. First box I opened the tissue ripped before I could get it out of the box. Definitely no longer soft like they used to be. Hopefully, they go back to the quality they had before. Very disappointed.

I DETEST the cube boxes. I was at 3-5 tissues just trying to get them to come out of the box. IF and when you start stocking Puffs Plus Lotion Facial Tissues in standard boxes, I will buy them from you. Until then, you might catch a glimpse of my dollars headed elsewhere.

They have cut back in quality like the majority of everything else on the shelves. I had to make sure it said 2-ply on the box bc I couldn't belive how thin it was. I could see thru it! There doesn't feel like there is any lotion whatsoever in the tissue. I use to love Puffs with lotion because of the durability and the protection it gave to prevent a chapped nose. I won't waste my money again.

I love Puff’s Plus tissues and they get 5 stars; however, these cube “MEGA” boxes get ZERO stars! The top 50% of the tissues in these cube boxes are stuffed inside - all UPSIDE down — this defeats the intended purpose of popping one up at a time!!!!!!!! I have found it very effective to save my “long” family sized tissue boxes. I then very carefully push my hand into the cubed box and literally pull out about 50% of the stuffed upside down tissues, which are placed (right side up, I might add) into the long tissue box. Voila - I finally have tissues that a person can pull out from a cube or from the more logical family size long tissue box. After all, “a nose in need . . . . “ But you need to be able to get to it!!!! Come on Proctor & Gamble - your “new” packaging design is NOT effective! Why did they do this- was it purposeful??? P & G - figure it out; you are NOT making people happy!! I would post a photo of the CLUMP of tissues I remove from the “cube” but appears there’s no availability to do so on this forum.
