[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has used Puffs Plus for years and we use these all over our home and in our cars.The softness from the lotion really makes a difference when you are constantly having to wipe your nose or anywhere on your face.

I absolutely love Puffs Plus Lotion! It has seriously been the only kind of tissues I have used since I was a teenager. I have almost constant allergy issues and they keep my nose from getting red, flaky, and painful. I have and will always recommend them to people when they're sick. I will never stop using them.

I am an avid reviewer, and I try alot of products to do reviews. I don't normally use this brand because of the price, but they have been bought by a member of the household so I figured what the hey. I do not like them, they smell like vicks vapor rub. I can't even use Vicks when I'm sick.

My family has been a lifetime Puffs with lotion family and recently we noticed that the tissues are now 2ply, scratchy and with little to none lotion. We now live in South Texas where year round allergies is a problem and so we need the soft tissues. The Puffs with lotion was leaving our noses sore and red and we had to switch to Kleenex with lotion which is 3 ply and very soft and you can feel the lotion. I think Puffs may have changed their tissues and I am sorry they did because I can no longer buy them for our family.

It's a great product. To bad the packaging has such an awful design. Just give me a plain white or off white box. Perhaps with your logo and name in a corner. I have to hide the boxes in my house or transfer the contents to another container. I can't even buy all the same, less offensive boxes in a multi pack. Who designed this? What were you thinking? Are you listening Puffs people?

I have been a loyal Puffs Plus Lotion user for many, many years. I never purchase any other tissue because nothing else compares to the softness and strength of Puffs Plus. They are placed in several rooms in my home, I pack them in my cosmetic bag when I travel, I have them on my desk at work, in my purse, even in my car. BUT this new version is drastically different. They are smaller in dimension. They are not soft. They are thin and cheap. I can't imagine why these changes were made to what was formerly an excellent product. This was not just one bad box either - I've used 5 new boxes so far and they are consistently scratchy. Please bring back the old version. I hate the new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I try to keep some sort of facial tissue in my house due to me and my son both having horrible allergies. These were easy on the nose due to the lotion. So we didn't have the red nose issue we have had with other brands.

I have been a PUFFS only consumer for years. I've noticed recently that there appears to be an issue with the tissues. When I pull them outta the box, a bunch of fluff comes with them. It's large and small pieces. From a distance, it looks like bits of cotton. Anyone else having issues?

I have been buying Puffs plus lotion for years and the product satisfied my needs. A few years back you decreased the amount of lotion (aloe) and the product became marginal. Once again the product has changed and this time I find lint in all my pockets and purse. It is so bad that the lint scatters as I pull tissues from the box. I purchased the 124 2-ply tissue box. There are no identifying marks on the packaging unless it was on the lid that was torn off and discarded for access to the tissues. Please tell me this is a faulty lot and that it is not what I can expect going forward. Should that be the case I will be back on the market looking for soft, soothing, reliable tissues. Footnote: I found access to your contact difficult to navigate whereas my box size was not listed.
