i actually love your tissues, but now you've gone to truly ugly boxes. I don't want them in any room. You had such lovely designs before. Why have you gone to ugly/crazy "comic book" design? Phooey. I'll have to switch to another brand. Please change back to beauty instead of dumb.

I have always used puffs and LOVED them but something has changed in this product. My husband and I agree maybe they were trying to make them cheaper. Use less lotion or something. Its not just me ...he noticed it too. I blow my nose allot in the mornings and I hate having a red nose. I was faithful in keeping puffs plus in all my main rooms in the house. This morning I decided I cant take it anymore ...I'm going to cheat on Puffs and look for another brand! I use to recommend these to all my friends and family because they were THE BEST but I can not say that anymore ...I just wish they would undo whatever they did :(

Over this past year this product has gotten quite cheaply made. More often than not my box is filled with partial pieces, not only partial pieces but they are stiff and scratchy..like I don't even know how to explain it..but definately not the puffs quality of what we are use to and loved!

I've used this product for many years and never had a problem. Lately though the boxes I've bought seem to be defective. The product starts out soft but halfway through the box it starts to feel like sandpaper. Seems like the lotion hasn't been applied to the product.

I have used Puffs Plus tissues for a long time. I had five children, and this product was great for them. They all had respiratory weaknesses and got colds, the flu, and allergies all year around. Puffs are a staple at our house all year round, even now they are grown. I use them myself, as I'm the one that gave them the wrong genes. They are strong so that your fingers don't go through, and for emergency clean-ups. I"m not ashamed to have the boxes sitting around when visitors stop in. I could buy a cover, available everywhere, if I wanted, but I won't. My nose"s comfort is more important

I'm so glad I received a complimentary Puffs To Go Plus Lotion in my voxbox from @Influenster because I'm in love. It doesn't take up much room in my purse, which I like. The tissues are soft on my nose for constant use during allergy season, which I love. I was a loyal user of the other brand, but I'm a convert now. #Passthepuffs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I try to keep some sort of facial tissue in my house due to me and my son both having horrible allergies. These were easy on the nose due to the lotion. So we didn't have the red nose issue we have had with other brands.

Thought I got a mislabeled box. Kept checking - it says puff plus lotion. I don't feel any lotion and my nose was raw less than 12 hours into my cold. These are worthless and not even as soft as the old puffs. If there's lotion on these, I don't feel it. Will never buy these again. So disappointed as I have been using using these for years!

I have loved using Puffs Plus for many, many years. When I went to the store today, I noticed that there were new box designs. I thought, 'hurray!!, finally!' but then I saw that this group of designs are not much better than the last group of designs. I was really disappointed. Who comes up with these? What I often do is buy another brand whose box I like, use those tissues and then open the box carefully and put in your tissues and tape the box shut. I get to use the product I like with a box design I like looking at. I hope you will soon come up with some pleasing boxes for those of us who are fussy that way!

Thanks @Influenster for allowing me to try something new, from a company I already love! :) My kids always need tissues and these are awesome because they are so soft and will leave them happy with no red nose! Now I am always ready to #Passthepuffs !
