I used to not be able to survive a cold/flu without using Puffs Plus Lotion. They were soothing and fluffy soft. However, I just bought a some yesterday (because I have a horrible cold), and they are NOT the same Puffs I remember. They are rough and don't seem to have any lotion on them at all. They are worse than the tissues I use on a regular basis. This is so unfortunate, and I hope these negative reviews inspire Puffs manufacturers to re-think their product changes. I want my old Puffs back!

I absolutely LOVE this product, have them in every room, and haven't used anything else for years! But now the packaging is awful! The colors are very odd and don't go with any of my rooms. For the bigger boxes, I keep the previous box and refill from a new box whose color I don't like. But those boxes are getting tattered. Also, I can't do that for the smaller cube boxes. Please, please, please change back to plain (no design) and reasonable colors like white, blue, even green! Please?

Puff Plus lotion was my go to tissue whenever I had a cold. It was soft and soothing and I could use it every 10 minutes without my nose getting sore. The boxes I bought yesterday leave my nose sore and are way thinner and less softer than the Puff Plus Lotion I'm used to. I will try another brand that sell at the same price and have lotion to see if I can find the quality I used to love with Puff. Bring back the quality I'm used to and I will buy Puff again!

These used to be great! Loved them - so soft, gentle and with a luxurious feel. But in the past year, in a misguided attempt to save money I suppose, P&G changed them. They are now more like tissue paper. Not nearly as soft. Going to try other brands with lotion and see if I can get a superior quality. So what changed? And can you change it back?

I love puffs tissues and have used them for several years. I must tell you that the packaging is terrible. I do not know who is designing your boxes, but it makes me not want to buy them, they are awful. I have tried to contact you before with no luck. I hope you redo your packaging, I would love to go back to using your product.

Dear Puffs, I used to love Puffs with lotion. It was so soft and gentle on my nose. I don’t know when you changed it, but now it feels like a thinker version of the rough, sandpaper cheapest nose tissue. I plan on beginning to look for a new brand. I know a lot of companies decrease quality in order to increase profits. Sometimes they are forced to do this because of increased production and/or labor costs. I don’t know what your reason was for decreasing the quality of your once wonderful product, but I think you made a big mistake. People just don’t like blowing their noses in sandpaper. Should you change your product and bring back the velvety softness it once had... I will return as a customer. But, until you do, I plan on finding a better product. By the way, I was a Puffs with lotion customer for decades!

I have used Puff Plus since they came on the market,and have always loved them.Lately they do not seem to be as good as they where when they first came out.It almost feels like every other one has no lotion and they are not as soft as the original.Has there been a change?I am writing this because I don't want to change brands,but I am dissatisified.

I usually don't buy your brand because it left a lot of lint from the puffs on your face. My daughter picked these up as we all have colds. the lotion is fine but the tissue feels ruff on my nose. Thanks but I will go back to my favorite tissue with lotion. I don't normaly get a sore nose with it. On the good side when you blow your nose the tissue holds together well. puffs is the only brand my mom used to buy when i was a kid, the changes dont work for me now.

I would never buy any other tissue if puffs is available, i have bad allergies and i use puffs plus lotion all the time, other brands dry out my nose and it hurts, puffs keep it nice a moist no matter for how long i use it. plus puffs is not dusty like all the others i have been using puffs for at least 9 years. since i discover you. i love you puffs.

I just switched over to lotion puffs(not vicks) because I have a runny nose. I have used them previously. My lotion puffs now have an annoying scent. Why would anyone want a scented tissue? Do they want me to sneeze harder? I find the vicks puffs foul as well and do not buy them. P & G-Please get rid of the scent.
