Lifted up the first 2 steaks and all others were brown ~yuuccck!!!

The Chuck Steak was extremely tough.

It was tough when it was cooked and didn't have much flavor. Waste of money!

I paid $23.00 for mostly fat and a string of meat!! This was a terrible cut of beef!!

The meat was stringy, not as flavorful as the roast

I have 5 little dogs and I buy ground beef for them every 2 weeks. I break it down, put it in my freezer and defrost one bag daily. I cook it and mix it with their dry food. I don’t eat red meat but they love it. I only buy their meat at Sams because they provide large portions and most importantly the meat is red - fresh. I will not buy meat that is that old brown color that I see at other super markets. Sams is consistent with the quality they provide. I drive out of my way just for the ground beef.

Hard like a rock

Love this cut. I place it in my sous vide and then finish it in my Le Crueset cast iron 10" fry pan in plenty of butter. It's stands up to any ribeye in flavor & tenderness for half the price.

Price is very good, amount of chuck in each package is just enough. The only thing I miss is a chuck steak with the bone, otherwise I always enjoy a good chuck steak. Sam's clubs meats have never let me down.

Barely swallowed ONE good bite! Very disappointed. Extremely tough. I though these were a good deal for a single mom budgeting and trying to get more protein. Very sad to waste these and the money spent!
